I looked at Zoro as his words were registered in my brain " Taro had a mate, but where is she now" asked Infinity.

Zoro's eyes dimmed, he remembered his brothers misery, his desperation he didn't wish for his enemy to suffer what his brother did and here he was standing in the same precipice.

He continued "This is his story to tell but Taro gave me permission to share this with you. Every 150 years we receive high priestess from the Dark faction, who prays for the Luna in the presence of all the wolves of the clan.

Panna and Taro met and soon recognised each other as mate. For completion of mate bond marking one another is vital for ceremony completion and they just did that.

Considering the importance of the mate bond, It was obvious to them their their mate bond will be accepted. But when they presented their marks to the monarch of the dark faction through their representatives and Alpha Zorric rejected their bond.

In anger Dark faction representative brought them back to their own clan house.

Infinity asked " but why were they not accepted by their clans".

Zoro scoffed in anger " Our Wolf clan as time went by wanted to forge their bond with higher and pure beings and mainly they prefer their alpha to take another female werewolf as his mate.

Though Panna was from dark faction and in second highest position as High Priestess but we always believed that dark faction are negative being that only brings destruction with them.Same for succubus clan who are infamous for using their bodies to gain the power.

For Dark faction they never wanted their pure high Priestess to mate with dirty mongrels.

After one month we received a secret letter of communication from Panna that she has convinced her faction but they were required to meet their Monarch "the one". (A/N : yes that's his name the One, there is a reason for that will be revealed later).

This was a secret meeting and Taro and I left for Dark faction capital city.

As we reached their castle.we were captured, this was all a ruse designed by Dark Faction and Alpha Zorric without informing anyone else.

Soon their mate bond breaking ceremony was commenced. This is a most painful procedure and for it to succeed one has to receive all the backlash of bond breakage.

We never knew the intensity of pain was capable to make someone mad or probably die.

By the time the process eneded to the despair of Taro , Panna bore all the burden but she could not tolerate it and she cannot survive at long last.

Taro became mad with grief and that day we decided we will kill the Alpha with our own hands.
