01 || Transferee

Alliyah's POV

First time ko lang dito sa Perez Academy Campus. I just graduated Middle School and entered this school for my sake. Narinig ko sa karamihan nang classmate ko na lahat nang nag-aaral dito ay matatalino. And since I'm a little shy... I hesitate to enroll here at first. Pero since ito yung school na maraming advantage when it comes to college. I decided to transfer here. As... a scholar student.

"Nandito na po tayo Ma'am" sabi ng driver ko. "Thank you kuya, text nalang kita pag tapos na kami" sabi ko dito at bumaba na sa kotse. I wave a goodbye and I entered the gate of school.

Kahit scholar ako, I still keep my riches hidden. Hindi ako yung taong, masyadong mahambog pagdating sa pera.

I immediately ask for directions towards the Main's Office. At sa tuwing hallway na dinadaanan ko... Sobrang laki nang space! Good thing nalang may nagrequest na ihatid nalang ako dahil pansin din nila na newbie ako. Before I entered the office I thanked her. And bid goodbye.

Pagpasok ko nang office, sumalubong sa akin ang matatamis na ngiti nang owner ng school. 'She still looks too young' I said to myself. And replied her smile back.

"Good Morning po" bati ko dito. She stand and offered me a seat. "Good Morning Miss Lee... Welcome to our Campus" sagot naman nito at bumalik na ito agad sa kanyang upuan. Her smile is so conforting, it feels so comfortable around her.

"Thank you po Miss?" Tanong ko dito.

"Misis Perez" sagot nito.

"Oh... Bago ko pa makalimutan, ito ang schedule mo at I'm going to call your Class Advisor." I smiled to her and nodded.

A few minutes past...

A 20-around age lady entered the office and smile to Mrs. Perez and to me. And of course, I smile back. "This is Ms. Ellen, your Class Advisor, and your History Teacher." "Hello po, nice meeting you Teacher Ellen. I'm Alliyah Cassandra Lee" as I introduce myself to her and bowed a little. And she bowed back a little too.

After talking about the rules and regulations, and I signed some of the forms. Sinamahan ako ni Teacher Ellen to tour around this MASSIVE SCHOOL. After some minutes nakarating na rin kami sa classroom. I guess it took the First Meeting for my tour here.

As I peek to the window, all the students are well-behaved and... they are very shockingly nice. I'm suprised. I thought they were---

Teacher Ellen fake cough brought me outside my deep-thinking. Oopsie... I immediately dozed out. I immediately bowed to the person infront of us. And introduce myself. And she smiled back and introduce herself back. "Nice meeting you Alliyah, I'm Anna your Mathematics Teacher. See you later around!" she said and bowed to use before leaving. And then...

I immediately heard someone tapping tables, and some noise. I look to the classroom infront of me. And I immediately LITERALLY TAKED BACK ALL THE THINGS I'VE SAID ABOUT THEM.

Before Teacher Ellen get in to the classroom. She whispered something to me, that leave me dumb-founded.

As soon as she entered the classroom, all of the students got back to their seats and formally greeted her. 'Mababait lang pala sila pag mayroong teacher...' sabi ko sa sarili habang nakangiti. I suddenly remember my doings back in Middle School, HAHA... I stop my flashback when I saw Teacher Ellen signalling me to enter the room.

I immediately enter the room and stop in the infront, middle of the room. And Teacher Ellen spoke that made me flinched a little bit. "Students, this is our new Student, and I would like to let her introduce herself to all of you" And signalled me to take a step front so they could hear me a little better.

"Good Morning, My name is Alliyah Cassandra Lee, 15 years old. And please be nice to me. Thank you." I said with a confidence and after finishing my words I bowed slightly to them. And smiled sweetly.

"You can seat beside Ms. Dela Cruz." As soon as the young lady heard her surname she immediately stand up and waved at me. I smiled back to her and waved back. Pagkalapit ko sa upuan sa tabi nya, napansin ko na medyo may pagka-atittude din yung itsura nya. 'Don't be too judgemental, Aya.' I whispered underneath my breath. At dahil dito, di nalang ako umimik.

Ilang minutes natapos din ang second meeting in the First day of school, it lasted for about 30 minutes as I timed it out. After Teacher Ellen got out, may kumalabit sa akin. I looked at my seatmate, at...

"Hello? Ako nga pala si Angel. Nice meeting you" sabi nito at sabay alok nang shakehands. "Oh... Hello Angel, Aya *sabay tanggap nang kanyang kamay* Nice meeting you too" sagot ko dito.

"Scholar?" Tanong nya. "Oo, bakit?" Umiwas sya nang tingin at humarap sa blackboard. "Bihira lang kasi ang scholar dito eh... Almost ng students dito pera ang ginamit para makapasok. How did you enter this Campus anyway?" Tanong ulit nya. "Oh... High Honor kasi ako nung Graduation last year kahit simula Pre-school" sagot ko ulit sa kanya. She looked at me with a shocked expression.

And exclaimed, "So it means... hindi ka na nagtake nang entrance exam?!" Nanlaki agad yung mata ko sa sinabi nya. Pero nakasgaot naman ako agad. "Of course not, I still took the Entrance Exam. And I got it passed in all the subjects." And she have a shocking and amazement look on her face. "WOAH... Sana all matalino, pero I think di mo sila kakayaning lampasin. But goodluck this school year. And we're friends na ah" She said and smiled. Then, that smile turned into smirk and signal me to get close to her because she wants to whispered something to me. "Sana matapatan mo sila."

As soon as she finish her whispered, I felt like someone has just poured a cold water to me. That sent a chill to my spine. Anong ibig sabihin nya na 'Sana matapatan mo sila'? Bakit? May competition ba dito? As I asked myself about it.

As Few Weeks past... It's been almost three weeks since the school started. I made some awesome and funny friends and all of the students and my classmates are nice to me. Maliban sa isa... Si Aifabel Barrera. Medyo mataray sya, pero yung mga kaibigan nya di naman. Well... I just let it slip. Wala naman atang mawawala sa akin, right? At tsaka madali lang naman din akong kausap. Kung ayaw mo, di na kita pipilitin. There's no way to push someone who doesn't want to.
