3 3 Life Without You
Cheng Ze woke up with a big smile on his face, what happened last night felt like a dream, his first kiss with the girl he likes so much, he thought he should start courting her properly and officially and make her his girlfriend. Little did he know what's waiting for him.
After his breakfast, he went straight to Ji An's house and knocked on their door, but there was no answer. He kept knocking but no one was there, he went home and asked his mum if she knew where they were but she couldn't answer him as she doesn't know either.
When he got to school, the teacher announced to the class that Maike had already left the school and no longer in their class. All the girls in his class felt sad as one of the school heartthrob left. Cheng Ze and Maike were two of the most popular guys in their school.
After their lesson, Gu Cheng Ze followed the teacher and asked where Maike transferred and his teacher simply replied that his family went back to England. Cheng Ze froze, his face went pale and couldn't utter a word, his teacher got worried and told him to go to the clinic.
He went home seeming lifeless and with his heart broken, "So that was our first and last kiss? She left without telling me anything." he sighed, "How cruel can she be? I loved her for 5 years and this is what I get?" he pulled his hair and sat on their couch, "She could at least said goodbye!" his sadness was written all over his face, he looked miserable with his broken heart and he was angry at her. "I swear Ji An, you owe me, and you will pay me back with interest, you took my first kiss and ran away without a word!" For him, it was unforgivable., he gave his everything and she treated him like that. It was unacceptable!
His mother Ming An wondered if he found out what happened to Li family, when her son came home looking so miserable she assumed that he was tired due to his load of homework. She waited until dinner before asking him about them.
She was a little dismal to find out that they left and went back to England without telling her. Meiling didn't tell her anything and left her in her dark, however, she was happy for them and thought that she got back with her ex-husband.
Not long after Li family left, Ming An got involved in an accident, she was hit by a ten-wheeler truck along with a dozen of people when the truck driver lost control of his vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene and the truck driver was arrested and locked up.
Cheng Ze received a call from the police and informed him of what had happened to his mother. It was all over the news and after Gu Feng saw the news, he immediately got in touch with the police to find out some details and went to see his son, however, Cheng Ze wasn't in their house. His father went straight to the hospital where the injured had been taken to find him, he wanted to talk to him and tell him to live with him now that his mother was gone.
As soon as he saw his father, he approached him and lashed out on him, "So what do you want from me? You must be very happy that my mother is gone. Now, what do you want FATHER?" His respect for him vanished when he divorced his mother, especially after he found out the reason for their divorce.
"Is that how you talk to your father? Is that how she brought you up?" Gu Feng's voice echoed in the hallway of the hospital. How can his own son humiliate him like that?
Cheng Ze smirked and walked towards his father, "Wow! After what you did to her? To us? What do you want? We are no longer your family, at least that's how I remembered it. That's how you treated her." He gritted his teeth and clenched his fist trying to hold himself from punching his own father.
Gu Feng's eyes squinted when he saw how his son balled his fist, he is still his father therefore, he should stay with him, "You will come and stay with me from now on. I will sort out the funeral for your mother. You are my only son and the only heir of mine. Your mother had her share on bringing you up, but now it's my turn." He was firm and gave a look at his bodyguards.
"....!" 'There is no way I'm going with this person!' He thought and prepared himself to run, but before he can do so, he heard his father ordered his people, "Take him and lock him in his room. Drag him if you have to."
After a month of being with his dad and his stepmother who turned out to be Ji An's mother Li Meiling, he realised that this will be his life and Ji An will be her step-sister and nothing can happen between them so he decided to just live the life of his father's heir.

Gu Cheng Ze's POV
Five years later, now 21 and more handsome, Cheng Ze had become a womaniser., he was indeed rich and got all the women he wanted to sleep with, after all, he was the only heir of Tangxin Group. However, he was not happy with everything and it was very hard to please him. He was cold and distant to his father and stepmother. Partying every weekend was a must for him, different woman to sleep every night, alcohol every day and smoking was his lifestyle. His reputation was known like that.
Even with that, he still goes to their company to show his face, does some work, attends meetings and when he gets tired from it all, he goes travelling to breathe fresh air. With his travels, Li Wei, his friend that he hired as his assistant always goes with him. He is the only person he trusts.
Cheng Ze planned to tour Europe soon and discussed it with Li Wei while inside the car, he told him to do the arrangements as usual. "I'll organise everything, you don't have to worry. I'll see you tomorrow at the office. Enjoy your evening." Li Wei left Cheng Ze and Lori in front of The Peninsula Hotel knowing that his boss doesn't bring home women, he will play far from their residence.
Lori had been his woman for almost a week now and he was having fun with her. He was planning to bring her on his trip to keep him company for the simple reason that Lori was obedient and do what she's told. Though she is beautiful, charismatic and from a rich family, to him, she cannot be compared to Ji An. Lori was only for fun and to keep him company when he wanted her to. She will be disposed of once he got fed up with her.
As expected from Li Wei, he has done his job accordingly. Lori was going with them and they will be travelling for 3 weeks. Everything was ready and their first destination was London, then Belgium, Paris, Zurich, Milan, Monaco and Barcelona and head back to Beijing.
They arrived at the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster Bridge in London late at night, they just stayed in and had a good rest ready for tomorrow's sightseeing. Lori was excited as it was her first time travelling abroad.
Li Wei took them to see what London has to offer, Lori enjoyed herself so much touring the city, however, Cheng Ze got bored and was not in the mood, he asked Li Wei to look after Lori because he wanted to be alone, he also told him that he wanted a separate room because he doesn't want to sleep with Lori that night.
Ji An's POV
Five years later, Ji An was now 18 and she was now in Uni studying to be a Psychologist. Of course, she's prettier than five years ago, her body was nice and slim having all the curves in all the right places. Guys from her University tried to get her attention all the time, she was considered to have that gorgeous face most women dreamt of.
She has never had a boyfriend as her heart only belongs to one person, Gu Cheng Ze. Ji An made a promise to herself that she will face him when she's ready to love him with all her heart. That is when she goes back to Beijing of course.
Ji An was almost ready for Zara's hen night at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London. Her dress was a sweetheart neckline that showed her collarbone and it is above knee-high that showed her beautiful long legs. She put on her coat and entered the cab she booked. She looked so gorgeous in her peach cocktail dress that complimented her voluptuous body. It was enough for men to drool as she walked passed them.
