CHAPTER 5: IT'S HIM
Cool and refreshing wind blew over the trees, as birds beautiful singing birds whistled all over the place, A 17 year old looking girl, sat on a roof top, as she made a painting of the beautiful green landscape.
"Vanessa!" Called someone from behind
"Ashy! What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be in class? I mean science class in on now right?"
"Yeah! The teacher isn't there yet, so I just sneaked out for a while, I need to clear my head."
"Oh! I get it."
"So you still come here to draw?"
"Yeah! This place is the most relaxing and inspiring place for me"
"I know, I kinda wish I was an art student too, that way life would have been easier, than having to deal with Math, Chemistry and all those subjects"
"And what makes you think us Art students don't have it hard like you guys?"
"Come on, what could be hard in art? All you have to do is draw, derive poetries, make scripts and all the fun stuffs" Asha said Sarcastically
"Seriously?" Asked Vanessa Smiling!
"Yeah!"
"Well! that's a 10-Level Ignorance.
*they both laughed*
"So! How are the others doing?"
"They are good, it's just that we're a bit lonely you Know, especially after you and Xandra moved over to Art class last Semester, Nothing has been the same, you guys no longer hangout with us as usual, it's no longer"The B5" anymore.
"I'm sorry, it's been a bit hectic" Vanessa replied in an apologizing tone
"You don't have to be, you're not the one commiting all the crimes."
"Yeah..Are you okay? you said you need to clear your head off something, Can I know what it is?"
"Well! I met him"
"Him? Who?"
"That Guy! "
"What Guy?" *pauses for a second* "Wait! is it the Guy you told me about? The one who saved you?"
"Yep!"
"Really? That's great, you finally found him". Vanessa stated in a happy tone
"Well I wish it was that great" Asha replied in a disappointed tone
"What? Do you mean?"
"I don't think he remembers me" she stated sadly
"Really? Then go tell him it's you"
"What? No way, I'm not so desperate"
"I know but you've been searching for him for a long time now"
"So? That doesn't mean I should go jump at him"
"But still.."
"It's okay, let's just forget about it, I won't be telling him anyways."
*Few moments of Sliences*
*Asha, Breaks the Slience*
"So have you heard from Xandra?"
"Well yeah!"
"Is she resuming school soon?"
"Not really, she doesn't have such plans now"
"So she's skipping this semester?"
"Maybe!, Her suspension isn't over yet, but once it is, then we'll know"
"I really hope she comes back, I miss us! The B5 together as a group" Asha stated turning her face towards Vanessa, who Gave her a reassuring smile
*Footsteps could be heard as someone runs up the stairways*
*Bumps into someone*
"Aha.."
"I'm sorry are you okay?"
"Sorry!.. I'm okay"
"Asha Right?"
."Yes!"
"Oh..I heard your name from the class. I'm Kai"
"Oh... I'm sorry I'm late I have to go"
*she runs off*
*Gets to class, unfortunately the teacher was already in*
*opens the door*
"Good Afternoon Mr Clyde"
"You're Late"
"I'm sorry I..I.." *she tries to fit in words to save the moment but none came out " have no excuse"
"Well you may not have any excuses, but I have loads of punishment ready for lazy students." *He pauses for a bit, then continues* "Detention at the Library till 7:30pm"
"What?"
"Do you have any complains"
"No! Never thanks Mr Clyde"
*She walks towards her sit, and the class door opens again*
"You're..."
"Late! I Know" Kai completed "I'm sorry, I got lost on way here"
"Are you new?" Asked Mr Clyde
"Yes! I'm Levi Kai, I just moved here from California.
"Oh.. the #1 trending topic in school, well being New doesn't save you from detention, you're be serving detention after school together with Asha Till 7"
"Oh! Okay"
*He moves to his seat*
"OMG! you get to serve detention with Kai Lucky!" Aarina said Tapping Asha
"What? No one's lucky for serving detention"
"Yeah! But I'll be willing to serve it my whole life if it gets to be with Kai"
"Same" Aeri said giving an agreeing statement
"Eww.. Gross"
*Aeri and Aarina laughs at Asha's reaction*
