The Vacation

In a certain room, inside the divine realm. Five gods could be seen having a meeting of utmost importance.

These five gods were the first to be created, they are God, Goddess of Space and Time, God of Reality, Goddess of Life, and Goddess of Death.

Though Acteus is Death, the Goddess of Death's job is to make accompany everyone who dies and send them to the afterlife, where they will be judged whether they will be reincarnated or go to heaven or hell. Of course, Acteus can do this, but he believed that he shouldn't interfere with what is supposed to be a god's work. Of course, in the future, Acteus disregarded this, but this is a story for another time

This is the same reason why Azraelle created the Goddess of Life.

"Now that the multiverse is stable and self-sufficient, we don't need the two of them to work anymore."

"You're right, those two have to take a vacation."

All gods are planning to give those two a well-deserved vacation. After all, they made sure that every universe can sustain themselves without them intervening. Everything that had existed, is existing, and will exist, has been created by those two.

"But the problem is, how can we convince them that they have to take a vacation."

No one replied, after all, making those two take a break is almost impossible.

Two figures could be seen walking in space. Both of them are releasing an aura that one would automatically kneel by just seeing them from afar.

"I feel the gods are up to something." A man with black hair, crimson red eyes, dressed in an all-black suit with an overcoat, and a height of 180 cm, said. This man is Acteus. "Is that so?" A woman with white hair, blue eyes, with a dress that makes her look like a Queen. This woman is Azraelle.

"Now that you've said it, they want us to meet them in the divine realm."

"Alright, divine realm it is."

The two teleported to the divine realm.

Suddenly the gods felt a surge of power. Of course, all of them recognized this power. The gods rushed out of the room to greet the two who teleported there.

"Yo." Acteus said with a wave

"Hello." Azraelle said with a soft smile

"So, what's wrong? It's not often you guys call us for something."

The gods looked at each other with an awkward faces, and together they said

"WE WANT YOU TWO TO TAKE A VACATION!!"

"...Eh?"

Both of them were surprised, not expecting this kind of development."

"But why?" Acteus asked. Not understanding why the need for a vacation. Azraelle agreed with him, they don't need to take a vacation, after all, they don't get tired.

"Why not?" God of Reality said. "The two of you have been working nonstop."

The 4 gods nodded.

"Fair enough, but how about you guys?" Azraelle said she was worried about the gods. 'What would happen if something wrong were to occur, and we weren't there.' She thought, after all, for the both of them, they see the gods as children.

"We will be fine." The Goddess of life reassured her. Azraelle looked at Acteus, her gaze seemed to call for help.

Seeing her gazed, Acteus thought about it.

"Won't it be fine, we already taught them all everything we can. Besides, they need to be independent from us."

"....." Azraelle sighed

"I guess you're right."

The gods breathed a sigh of relief, after all, they didn't expect it to be this easy.

Azraelle is still worried of course, but they were. Both of them worked nonstop, isn't it time to take a vacation.
