37 Unexpected meeting

"Why is he not replying to my texts?" Kim Chae-Yeon wondered as she restlessly stared at her phone.

When she had gotten the chance after sending the father and daughter away the previous day, she quickly sent her son a text but from that time till now, there wasn't any response yet.

Aware of her son's annoyance, she had to tell a bit of the truth.

Thinking about the text she had sent him, Kim Chae-Yeon opened it on her phone to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it.

'Ji-hun, don't be angry at Mum. I learned from your uncle Jang that his daughter had come back hence I called them to join us for dinner. It's been 3 years since I last saw Ma-Ri.'

Seeing that there was nothing wrong with her texts, Kim Chae-Yeon released a deep breath.

Turning to her housekeeper standing some centimetre from her, she inquired with a worried gaze.

"Do any of you know where Ji-hun is living?"
