190 What Can He Do?

Tang Shi Yi knew that her mother was a light sleeper and that she would often wake up whenever she came home. However, seeing her mother show up like this still surprised her.

"Mom..." Tang Shi Yi looked flustered. She felt as if she was caught doing something bad. "Why are you still awake?" Her cheek turned a shade redder the moment the question escaped her lips. 

Tang Shi Yi realized that asking this question made her sound so silly.

She peeked at her mother's expression and saw her smiling.

Suddenly, Tang Shi Yi felt as if her mother had found out her secret.

"Mom..." Tang Shi Yi's voice grew weaker. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

Mother Tang walked into the living room and sat down. She observed her daughter for a while and smiled again. "Did you go out on a date?"

Tang Shi Yi froze. She was old enough and had become a mother of two children. Talking to her mother about her date made her embarrassed.
