162 Wait For a Little Longer

Tang Shi Yi was surprised to hear what Ye Heng had done for her.

It felt as if Ye Heng was taking revenge for her sake.

"I expect that Mr. Xia will be coming to the company to see you again," Ye Heng continued. "But Shi Yi, you don't have to meet him. Just wait for a little longer. Then, President Gao will come and meet you personally."

Her mouth opened and closed a few times. Tang Shi Yi wanted to say something but it seemed that she could not utter the words in her mind. 

A lot of thoughts went through her mind at once making it difficult for her to process what she wanted to say.

"Thank you." In the end, Tang Shi Yi could only thank Ye Heng for what he had done for her. 

Ye Heng glanced at Tang Shi Yi and smiled. "You're welcome."

Their eyes met briefly and Tang Shi Yi quickly looked away. Her heart was beating fast and she could feel the heat creeping to her face.
