161 Not Going to See Him

A faint smile appeared on Ye Heng's lips. "Let's talk about it later during our meal. Shi Yi, why don't you come out through the back door? I'll pick you up and you won't have to see Mr. Xia."

Tang Shi Yi pondered over Ye Heng's words. She did not know what he had done but, Tang Shi Yi believed that Ye Heng did not lie.

After a brief hesitation, Tang Shi Yi finally nodded. "Alright. I will see you in a while."

The smile on Ye Heng's face widened. "Give me ten minutes. Then, you can come down."

"Do you know where is the back door?"

"It won't be that difficult for me to find it."

The two exchanged a few more words before hanging up.

Tang Shi Yi stared at her phone screen for a long time as she thought about her conversation with Ye Heng again. She wondered what had Ye Heng done to make Mr. Xia come to A-Link to look for her. Tang Shi Yi was curious. But she could only find out the answer when she looked for Ye Heng later.
