Plan for a bigger hut

"Why don't we let him stay for dinner so we could talk about on what to do with the hut and we can all give our own ideas." Ren plead.

"Yes, why don't I stay until dinner so we could talk about our hut." Noah can't contain his excitement.

Mar frown at Noah. "Don't push your luck."

Noah put his both hands together as if praying, pleading to Mar to let him stay. "Come on, please, please let me stay." Doing his puppy eyes again.

"Stop it, it won't work on me. But fine, you can stay."

Noah was about to try to hug Mar again, but then stops, "Oh, I forgot you hate hugs." He was about to hug Ren but then stopped by Mar.

"Don't even think about it."

Noah frown,"what a control freak."

Ren laughed at both of them. "Alright, stop it now. Let's cook some food for dinner so we could eat and then talk about the plan for the hut."

"Good idea, let me help preparing for the food." Noah replied.

"Do you even know how to cook?" Mar asked sarcastically.

"Of course I know how to cook. I've been living with myself, who do you think will cook for me then?"

"Fine, you can help with roasting the hare meat and I will cook the boar stew." Mar replied.

"What about me? What should I do then?" Ren asked.

"Stay with Ezra and rest. I know you had a stressful day because of Milly, I want you to relax, okay?" Mar then kissed her on the forehead.

"That's right Ren, just stay here and relax. After all, this is a man's job to care for you. You don't have to worry or do anything. Leave this to us." Noah smiled.

"But I don't like lazing around. I like to do things too." Ren plead.

"I know love, but let us do this for you." Mar replied.

"Okay then. I'll play with Ezra until you both are done preparing for dinner."

After preparing the dinner, the three of them ate, fed Ezra with some food and then Noah clean the dishes.

Mar clear up the dining table and then place a big parchment paper onto it. He then called Ren and Noah. "Let's start drawing up the sketch for the hut. Ren, you decide on what you want for the hut."

Ren looked at the parchment paper and then think. "We must have a bigger main room and an extra room if ever we have guests who'd like to stay for the night."

Noah clasp his hands and praise her, "Ren you are smart. You even thought of that."

"Well, that's actually normal from where I came from."

"Okay, we will make two rooms, one main room and a guest room as what Ren wants. Is there anything else?" Mar asked.

"We shouldn't forget to build a fireplace. The bigger the better since we are going to have a bigger hut." Ren is so enthusiastic about the plan for the hut.

"We need a bigger cellar for food storage and a bigger kitchen so me and Mar can fit in the kitchen while preparing food." Noah said sarcastically.

"So are you saying that my kitchen are not up to your standards?" Mar is upset to hear what Noah said.

Noah smiled, and step back. "No, that's not what I mean. Don't be upset and start a fight, I just really want a bigger kitchen, that's all."

Ren interrupted before Mar and Noah really have a fight, "Okay, enough fighting. We really need a bigger cellar and a big kitchen so that the three of us can fit. Don't just count the two of you, I like cooking too, so don't leave me out."

Mar kissed Ren and the forehead, " Okay love, whatever you want."

Noah frown, "You're ridiculous, you only get mad when I say it. But then soften when Ren suggested it."

"Stop your drama and don't be a baby. You're not a woman, stop acting like one." Mar replied.
