Mar's love for Ren

That night, Ren thought about what Ivy told her. What does she really feel about Noah?

She feels happy when she sees him. Like there's a light in her heart that burst with joy and happiness. She knows that Noah is a very nice guy. He also saves her son from danger.

The most important thing is, she always thinks about him like she does when he first met Mar

Being used to this place, she knows that she isn't being unfaithful to Mar. She knows polyandry is very common and normal.

She loves Mar and their child together. But she also has these feelings for Noah.

She needs to talk to Mar. If he won't accept it, then she will not accept Noah. That's what she thought.

In the morning, she's been nervous about how to talk to Mar about Noah.

Mar notices it, so he started the conversation.

"Love, you've been preoccupied since we had our breakfast. If you have something on your mind, you can tell me about it."

Ren paused, mustering her courage to tell what she feels. "Dear, you do know that I love you, right?"

Mar took her hand and put it his face, "Of course I know you love me. There are no words to describe how much it means to me."

"I need to tell you something, and I hope that you won't be angry or upset about it."

Mar smiled and put down Ren's hand. "Go on, tell me. I promise not to get upset or angry."

"Thank you, love. The thing is, when Noah came here the other day, he told me he loved me and he wants me to think about it."

Mar knows that this will happen sooner or later. He is not surprised at all.

Ren thought that Mar is upset. "Please don't be angry. If you don't like him, or if you don't want me to accept him, I won't. You are more important to me than anybody else."

Hearing that he is the most important person for Ren makes him feel happy. He doesn't need to bother himself with Noah, knowing that Ren loves him like this.

"Love, if you accept Noah as your second mate, I won't stop you. Just know that I will still love you no matter what your decision is."

Ren felt glad that Mar isn't upset. "Thank you, love."

"Love, there's no need for you to thank me. This is how the world of the beast works. Having him will also help our family. He can stay and guard you and Ezra while I go to hunt and vice versa. That way, I can assure your safety. I thought about it and I don't want to endanger you or our son because of my jealousy." Mar explained.

"You know that it isn't your fault. But I guess you are right about him helping our family's safety."

"So, when do you plan to tell him that you'll accept him as your second mate?"

"I don't know, maybe when he visits again? But are you sure that you're okay with this? I mean, aren't you jealous of Noah?" Ren asked.

"Well, how can I be jealous of that bird brain, knowing that you only have eyes for me."

Ren laughed. "You really do have self confidence, huh."

"Just kidding, I know that you love me so much. And it won't change even if you accept him as your mate. And also, my love for you is so great that I am willing to accept every decision you make."

Ren hugged Mar tightly, "I can only thank you for being so understanding. You really are the best mate, I can have."
