1 Ch1

Around noon after getting off the taxi she looked at the magnificent building in front of her. The difference between her status and the status of the place made it clear. But what made this magnificent building her destination? She opened the door to meet someone here and she stepped in. She came here for the first time, so she did not know which floor he was in. Asked the receptionist on the groundfloor about the office of the person she wanted and entered the elevator after receiving her required information.

She went straight to the Secretary and said " I want to meet Mr Adam ".

"Ma'am do u have appointment " asked the Secretary.

"No I don't have appointment but I have a very important personal matter to discuss. Please let him know if he busy I can wait " said the girl.

" What is your name " asked Secretary.

"Ume-Hareem" sighted and said the girl today she was not here as Kate( her name ) but as Hareem's morher.

Secretary called and said " sir a woman named Ume-Hareem wants to meet u and said that she have a important personal matter to discuss".

"...... No sir she don't have appointment .... ok sir ".

"Sir is busy he asked u to wait for a while " said Secretary.

"OK" said the girl There was a deep desire within her that something miraculous happened and she should not go to that person.

After half an hour Secretary said to her "Ma'am u can go in".

She was hesitant to go in but a voice sounded in her mind " Ma'am your daughter's life is in danger , if surgery is delayed we might lose her " she remembered the word of doctor.

She gathered all her courage and went in.

She saw a handsome man in Black suit .

"..... OK we will meet at night ... OK good-by see u at ... for a moment he was stunned and almost dropped the phone in his hand.

Before he can say anything she said in a calm tone " I know that u hate me and don't even want to see my face ..... so don't wast your energy . I have an important matter to discuss. I will not take much time , u can note time I will note take more then ten minutes".

Seeing his red face she confidently sat down on chair and handed a photo form her file to him.

"This is the picture of my four-year old daughter , Unfortunately you are the reason for her coming into this world. Do not think that I have come to bear witness to my character , is here to talk about my daughter's father. I am here to get some money from my daughter's mighty and rich for her treatment ".

Her tone was drenched in sarcasm. She was remembering her rented room in which her daughter was born. a child whose father was a rich man was living a derivative life.

"When I left your house I wad five six weeks pregnant , if u don't believe me u can contact Dr. Nadia before leaving your house I had pregnancy test in her clinic. On 30 April 2015 , approximately five and a half months later leaving your house Hareeem was born. This was a premature delivery . If u have any doubts I can clear them " her tone was drenched in sarcasm and hatred she said this all in one breath . In her mind there was only one thing to complete her sentence before he can say "get out" or "get lost".

As soon as she completed her sentence she drawn out her daughter's birth certificate and placed it on picture but Adam doesn't even bothered to look at them and was sitting indifferently.

"Although I am talking in friendly manner I can also take u to court . I know that u are a Nobel and respected person in society so I don't want to drag u in court. If u want to have a DNA test I don't have any opinion but I am in an urgent need of money. If this matter is delayed she might not make it " Kate said while looking in his eyes.

After a long talk she paused but this paus was not idle she put the file in her hand on his table .

"In this file are photocopies of all her repors u can consult any doctor she needs an urgent surgery".

After completing her talk she stood up for her chair.

After putting down an other chit on his table she said "I am staying on this adrees if u want to do a DNA test and know that u are her biological father u can , I wouldn't have any opinion ".

I know that u are unhappy to see me but still I thank u for giving me your precious time .

After eight minutes she was out of his office, walking proudly out of the building.

All the strength she gathered before entering Asher's office finally exhausted. She was walking gloomy and weak on the road.

Tears started to flow down from her eye. She wants to exhausted all her tears on the road, so she can smile in front of her little and sick daughter .

That Adam with whom she talked with sarcasm and hatred but she still went to him ...to accept her daughter ..... to help her daughter. In only 8 minutes and 51 seconds Kate was felt that she lost all her pride and ego she was helpless and worried about her daughter.
