Chapter 2: The Meeting
Carlos couldn't believe what he just heard right now. His little brother had been shot in the chest and losing a lot of blood, was he gonna lose him too? The only family that was left for him? No! He promised to him. He promised that he will always be there to protect him from all harm, and that's exactly what he was going to do no matter what it takes.
- Take him to the medical warehouse right NOW! (CARLOS)
- But boss, the medical warehouse is not fully ready yet. (HENRY)
- "Damn it" (CARLOS)
Carlos was in the progress of the medical warehouse but it needs a lot of time and money. They are gangsters, and criminals can't just walk into a hospital with gun wounds on them and hope that the hospital staff won't call the police. And they can't tell them about their criminal activities either, that's why Carlos was preparing the medical warehouse in the first place, but with the "Rat" in the gang and that new Ivan guy who started messing with him, the medical warehouse progress got delayed.
- Tell Tom to notify Jessy about the situation. I'm sure she will bring extra equipment that we need and can know how to operate Diego if not she will know someone who can. (CARLOS)
- Yes, boss. (HENRY)
After the phone call ended Carlos started to take some deep breaths to calm himself.
-"Everything will be ok. He will be ok, he must be ok. Diego, I won't let you die no matter what ... you idiot!" (CARLOS)
Carlos was trying so hard to maintain his emotions, but soon after the tears of frustration were running wild like a waterfall.

Jessy's shift was over and she was in the changing room to change back into her normal clothes until her brother called her.
- Hey Tom, my shift is over and I will- (JESSY)
- Diego has been shot. (TOM)
- What? No ... it can't be ... how did this even ... happen... I mean ... when ... (JESSY -CRY )
- Jess calm down! Can you operate? (TOM)
- Operate? Operate whom? (JESSY -CRY )
- Diego of course! Who else? (TOM)
- W-what? He is not dead? But you said that he had been shot. (JESSY -CRY )
- I said that he had been shot, not that he is dead Jess for god's sake, can you operate or not? We can't waste time. (TOM)
Jessy started crying more hysterically
- Jess? (TOM)
- I'm sorry, I'm really sorry Tom. I haven't had a solo surgery yet. If only ... if only ... I was good as Dr. Wilson ... I - I - I could save him. (JESSY)
- Dr. Wilson?... OMG! Dr. Wilson! How could I forget that you work with the best doctor in the country? Um... Yeah, that's right you must have her address. Jess, do you remember her address? (TOM)
Jessy didn't answer, she kept crying. Not only because Diego was shot but because she accidentally mentioned Dr. Wilson. She felt that she had just betrayed her mentor involving her into the criminal world.
- *sigh* You know what, never mind. I will ask Ron to hack into the hospital database, it's ok Jess, just bring the medical equipment.

Anna was finally home and the first thing she wanted to do was to eat, shower, and watch something boring to make her fall asleep.
- "A whole month far far away from stupid people and enjoy some peace and quiet. Heaven!" (ANNA)
Unfortunately, the peace in heaven didn't last long, only for a couple of hours until a stupid intruder decided to come to her house and decided to break... her window?
- "Why would a thief break the window? Or at least I think it was the window. What if ... don't tell me that he actually found me?" (ANNA)
Anna immediately turned off the lights to not give out her location in the house and she had to find a weapon to fight since she didn't know how many of them were, at the same time she was trying to find where the person (or people) that came to her house.
No sound!
Definitely was a professional the person who came to her house, wasn't a thief, so that means only one thing, an assassin!
Anna was moving silently like a cat while she was trying to hear the intruder's position in the house, but not a single sound, yes definitely is a professional and she didn't know how many of them could be. Anna suddenly felt that someone was closed to her but how could he move without a sound? Unless ... night vision equipment? Damn it, she definitely was at disadvantage. The only option now was to go to the bedroom and get her gun and had to hurry! Her advantage was that it was her own house, so she could move more easily and faster but the intruder or intruders had night vision equipment, so losing her life or not was a matter of luck and Anna wasn't a person who was relying on luck. She was outside of the bedroom now she had to open the door without a noise and get her gun, but the moment she made a step inside the bedroom she felt a hand grabbing her and then she started feeling dizzy and her vision started to be blurring and... a strange smell? Oh damn! Chloroform (drag to make you faint).

Anna woke up in a semi-dark room with minimum furniture. She was trying to adapt to the semi-dark room in order for her vision to become better but the effects of Chloroform weren't off yet but she had enough strength to fight some of his "Pitbulls."
She started to observe her surrounding, The room wasn't much old, but the door was. That's good that means she can break it with just one kick, but there was of course nothing that she could use as a weapon. But she also noticed that she wasn't tied up at all and was unharmed. She started to have doubts about the person who kidnapped her now. Ivan would never do such a mistake. Her best choice now was to wait to gain more strength and find out how many people are outside since she could hear footsteps.
A couple of minutes passed and finally, someone spoke.
-Is she awake?
-Not yet boss
-I hope you didn't overdose her you idiots, I need her alive! Notify me the moment she will wake up
-Yes, boss!
- "Three voices! I don't recognize them. And there are only three? So they don't know about my Identity." (ANNA)
Anna heard footsteps walking away.
- "One of them is leaving? Are they going to leave two guards? So they really don't know about my identity, I'm sure now! Then is it human trafficking for the black market, or for the black net market?"
Anna waited until she no longer was hearing the footsteps and kicked the door that easily broke.
The first person she saw was a man around her height with fair skin and furrowed straight S brows. His hair was slicked back side shaved tousled and platinum blond. His eyes were deep-set heavy lid violet, his face was square long jaw stubble, with a hooked gracian nose and medium heart lips.
- "He looks exactly like Jenny! What are the odds for that?" (ANNA)
- Hello blondie. (ANNA)
Anna was fast and the poor guy didn't have enough time to realize what hit him, two punches and one kick were enough to knock him out. However, Anna knew that there was another one and soon enough appeared too.
He was tall 1.90cm with dark skin color like the chocolate with a muscular body. His brows were round and thick, his hair was wavy long black in a ponytail. His eyes were monolid slender grey color, his face square long, with a hooked nose, and full heart natural lips.
This one was much better than the last one. He gave Anna a really hard time, she had to spend 5 minutes to defeat him. Most of the time she had to focus to avoid his attacks. Anna was really impressed with the last one, at some point she thought that she was actually fighting a Gladiator.
After she defeated the Gladiator she started running at the hallway to find an exit, the place looked to be somewhere underground, so she had to find stairs. It was really a long hallway with no end until there was someone blocking the way!
Anna stopped and stared at the person who was blocking her way.
-" He must be the 3rd guard who left and came back. However ... why do I feel like ... I'm watching my own reflection?" (ANNA)
-"Pure gold? Those eyes, I have seen them before. There is no way someone else to have golden eyes, what are the odds to meet again like this?" (CARLOS)
