Vera was curious about Casey's post-graduation plans and he told her when she asked because he mentioned he was filling out college applications. "What are you going to study? You never said what you wanted to do with your life so I sort of assumed you'd become an antique restorer for real."

"That's my plan. Tilly wants me to get a business degree though so I can help you out with the store better."

"She said that specifically?!"

"Yeah. I asked her if I could come work for her full-time over the summer and that's what she said. I really don't mind. It's a good idea. Maybe I can minor in history or something," Casey said with a shrug.

Vera frowned. "Is that what you want to do though? Or what Tilly wants you to do?"

"I want to help you with the shop. I'll do that by any means nesh-essary." 

"But what would you have done if you hadn't wanted to help me with the shop? Did you even consider that?"
