Chapter-10

The morning at stephen house was different as Emily was not used to expensive things. Stephen made breakfast for her then while they were eating, he asked her about yesterday then Emily told him that she quitted her job so she didn't have money to pay the rent that's why she got out of her own house. Then stephen asked her about her plans and she said she had nothing to do today so he decided to take her on a date.

Bruce was now out of isolation, Betty waited for him at the hospital. When he wakes up, he asked betty about last night and she told him that he just got drunk. Bruce was leaving the hospital betty told him to stay as doctor said he need to be admitted immediately but Bruce didn't listened to her and left. This time betty didn't stayed she goes with him.

Stephen was ready he asked Emily by knocking at the door "Are you ready?"

"Yeah just tieing the ribbon " Emily said.

"Do you need help?"stephen asked.

"Ahh...no"Emily said.

Stephen entered the room and help her tie the ribbon of her dress. Emily's heart was beating fast, she was breathing heavily as stephen was closed to her. Then stephen looked at her she was blushing, he looked at her in the eye and kissed her then said " Let's go".

Emily nodded they get in his car then they reached at a skating show as he know Emily loves to watch skating shows. Emily got excited like a toddler they entered the stadium and sat in the crowd. The skaters were doing stunts and there were two skaters who were dancing together which makes Emily so happy after seeing their chemistry and stephen was happy by just looking at her.

Betty was with bruce, she was more likely following him and he know that but he doesn't care, he goes to a park and sat under an oak tree, Betty also sat under it but on the opposite side. They sat their without saying anything then Bruce gets up so betty and then they go to a church, bruce lay outside at the bench and slept for some hours betty kept watching him. His eyes with darkcircles, his dusty hairs, his unwashed clothes , his pale skin and his brown lips she notices everything and said "you are beautiful bruce".

After the show stephen and emily walked towards a restaurant . They were holding hands and emily was relaxed . Then they ordered something to eat and when the ordered arrived a women from the nearest table mistakenly hit their food and it falls down on Stephen clothes . The women said "I am sorry"

"Ahh, it's...okay"stephen saI'd.

"It looks quite expensive, I will pay for it sorry"the women said.

"No you don't need to do that" stephen said.

"No I will I am sorry"the women said.

Emily suddenly rewind the glimpse of what happened at Cafe and said

"You don't have to, why aren't you understanding? " in a high voice.

"I am sorry"the women said and left.

Stephen looked at Emily something was wrong with her he can clearly see the anger in her eyes. He hold her hand and said"it's okay".

Then they ordered another food and enjoyed with a glass of wine. Then he took her in a house of his friend. They entered the house it was a huge bungalow with an old aesthetic things. Emily was impressed. Then they entered the living room where a man was sitting on the chair and was reading something. Stephen called him "Mr. Tyler ". He looked at them and said "oh stephen you came". Then he offered them to sit and goes in the other room. then stephen told emily that his friend is a psychiatrist and he took Emily here so Tyler can treat her. Emily was shocked she said "but why?"

Stephen looked at her and said"I want you to be alright, he will treat you to get out off all the trauma you have experienced ".

"You should have told me about that earlier" Emily said.

"Then you may will not came here.....it's just for your mental health"stephen said and gave Emily a pleased looked.

Emily nodded then stephen waited in the living room while emily was talking with the psychiatrist. She told him about her anger issues and the problems she has faced and her anger sometimes getting out of controlled. Tyler listened to her patiently then he gave her some prescription. Then he talked about it with stephen and after that Emily and stephen leaves from there. Stephen was happy as Emily looked more relaxed they head towards a shop to grab something to drink.

Bruce was just walking around and betty was following him, he bought alcohol and was going to drink it till betty hit the bottle to make it fall. Bruce looked at her angrily and said"what's your problem? "

"You can't drink it's bad for your health" Betty said.

"Why does it bother you?"Bruce asked.

"Cause I love you" Betty said and Bruce got shut for a minute then betty got closer to him and kissed him. Bruce didn't understand what should he do, then betty stopped and looked at him. Then Bruce suddenly looked up and saw Emily with stephen and emily was looking at bruce while stephen was buying drink. Bruce looked at Emily and kissed betty. Betty was still , she didn't expected it but she didn't know bruce did that to show Emily. Emily looked at them till stephen grabbed her hand and took her in the car. Bruce stopped and left. Betty stood there, Stephen and emily reached home and emily kept thinking about bruce till stephen hugged her from the back and asked " How are you feeling now?"

"Much better"Emily replied.

"Good"stephen said and kissed her on the forehead.

Emily and stephen slept together and emily had one of the best day of her life.
