The place was called Hourglass Restaurant.
When Savanna got there, she handed her car keys to the doorman and walked in with her bag elegantly.
Norma had not arrived yet, but she had already made a reservation. Savanna was led by the waiter to a seat by the window.
The restaurant was very atmospheric, and the setting was different for each location.
Behind their table was a huge tree, under which the table was set. The table was round and made of solid wood, and eating at this table made one feel like enjoying afternoon tea under the shade.
"Ma'am, do you want to order now or later?" asked the waiter as he grabbed a menu.
Savanna lowered her head and sent a message to Norma, telling Norma that she had arrived. Then she said to the waiter, "Maybe later, after my friends are here."
It was common courtesy to wait till one's companion arrived to order together.
