Chapter 13

Savanna had made several appointments with Dawson Investment Bank, but none of them were successful. Today, she was overjoyed that she could finally go to the appointment with Justin.

Bob's assistant came out of the room and asked Savanna to enter the room alone. Justin had to wait outside.

It was hard to make out the face of the man in the dim light. Savanna walked up to greet him.

"Hello, Mr. Dawson. I am Savanna. I'm in charge of the Thompson Group. The Thompson Group is facing some challenges now, but..."

Savanna took out the paper on the strength of the Thompson Group she had been working on for a whole night. But Bob did not even look at it.

"Ms. Thompson, as far as I know, the Thompson Group has lost several hundred million. I'm sure you have begged every bank in the city for a loan. One would be too stupid to invest in your company at this time."

Bob knew he would never be able to make a profit from this investment.
