A clan that has the caliber to destroy a whole country alone and wealth that could rebuild that same country without losing much would be undoubtedly respected and feared by various.

The only clan which could rival the hunter association without using alliance, reigns superiority over millions.

As the clan leader in the center of all power and decision-making, no one dares to defy him. Neither clan elders nor his family members. Aside from the leader, there was only one person who holds such powers to some extent and has the dare to question back the patriarch and still remain alive.

The next successor of the Momobami clan.

She was trained in several fields and polished in various ways, to become a perfect lady worthy to handle the clan. She was nurtured and protected since birth so how could the elders and the clan head, have let her attend a school which wasn't in their jurisdiction?

It was a disastrous period when Ririka went into rebellion phase to the point that she considered abandoning her clan if push comes to shove.

Nonetheless, the leader and clan elders agreed after a whole week of discussion. The deal was; Ririka won't be disturbed for the entire 2 years until she graduates. No clan duties, no interference, and no personal agents on her guard. Various young elites in the clan could have passed the entrance exams and have enrolled in Hunter's school as the guard of the next clan head. But Ririka didn't want a third eye on her.

However, in return, she had to give away some portion of her privacy to ensure her safety.

A person who has psychic skill was rare in the hunter's world. To the point that those who possess mind mending abilities, could be counted on fingers. That was why Fubuki was an asset of Hunter's association which didn't release her completely, even she retired a long time ago. Every psychic user has a different kind of ability.

One of the various skills of those types of awakened was that they could connect themselves mentally with any other being.

It's a dangerous technique for the chanter. This technique allows feeling any utmost impulse on the host body directly to the chanter. This impulse should be strong which could arise in situations like extreme anger, ecstasy, fear, or pain. The chanter can't share their feeling with the host but the opposite happens in a very mirroring manner.

Luckily, Momobamis had such a recruit in their clan.

The chanter which connected Ririka to herself was in the continuous watch after Ririka left for the school. Until now there were only two times the chanter reacted according to the impulse she received from Ririka.

One was escatacy and another one was anger.

The higher-ups didn't take action on either of them as Ririka wasn't harmed and that's the only thing they cared for.

But now things changed. The anger which everyone saw on the chanter's face was extreme since the morning. It disappeared almost in the evening but again it appeared by the end of the day, however, what came next made every single onlooker utter shocked and panicked.

The chanter's face was pale as grim reaper has suddenly drawn its scythe on her neck and the pain chanter showcased to everyone afterward only flared the burning rage inside the current clan patriarch even more.

It was only a minute after he deployed his best of hunters to hunt down whoever hurt his beloved daughter to this extent.

For the whole minute, no one spoke and held their breath in the throat watching the chanter agonizing in pain.

The soldiers already had taken off for the island but they couldn't immediately reach there, so onlookers could only pray for Ririka well being.

" I swear whoever is behind this would pay in hundred folds". The wrath of Lord Yama was something no one wants to face. He barely manifests any kind of emotions these days due to his far worsen state but right now he was scary like a wild beast.

Even his both wives didn't try to comfort him as they knew that he might snap their necks without hesitation.

Ririka was his asset and clan's future but foremost his pampered lovely daughter. He never let her get hurt if it's not for training and now someone made his daughter scared and hurt to this far.

'Unforgivable'.

But something happened which made everyone wave in shock once again. The chanter returned to her normal state as nothing happened to her in the first place. She was sitting cross-legged on the ground with a confused look on her face similar to her onlookers.

A look of relief spread across the room and it was similar for the clan head too but still, the previous anger was alive in his mind and he only waited to see the face of the person who dared to commit such sin.

'Fuck man!'. Subaru was hovering 7 km above sea level with his hands clutched in vexation and eyes aimed in front.

He was waiting for the aircraft to reach his visual perception before he moves. He could heighten his senses ten times more if he uses mana as an enhancement but right now he had to surface various things in his mind, that was why he was waiting.

Before coming here he left Sasha and Ririka in the same room and told Sasha to look after her. He trusts Sasha but when it comes to love matters he knew Sasha could betray him and simply apologize afterward so he created a barrier around Ririka which Sasha won't be able to breach even in her best condition.

The scene of Ririka's burnt skin and dead scared face was flashing in his mind continuously, making him angry at a furious level. He couldn't do anything with Sasha as it will only lead to something, which he would only regret afterward.

'I have to find a permanent solution for this.' As he concluded, the huge aircrafts entered his peripheral view. There were 17 aircraft in total. 2 jumbo jets consisting of 84 awakened in total and massive artilleries and weaponry. 7 choppers with commandos loaded in them. And rest were jets with heavy bombarding capabilities. These aircraft could erase the existence of the whole Island from the map.

Subaru was not in the mood to get impressed nor appreciate anything. He could vanish every single aircraft along with all 213 people in them, without breaking a single sweat, but he didn't.

"FIRST AND LAST WARNING. RETREAT OR PERISH". Subaru echoed his voice loud enough to reach Japan's mainland.

He desired that these aircraft don't listen to his words and proceed, and his wish came true.

A set of rattling sounds came before a bunch of bullets flew toward Subaru. His lips curved dangerously with eyes darkening in rage.

He didn't have to do anything to dodge bullets so he just stood still in the air for some seconds. Enhancing his whole body with mana he darted toward the chopper which was firing the machine gun toward him.

*SWISS* * BOOOOOM* Only a slinging sound came before the whole chopper destroyed into cinders. Each small piece of the chopper fell into the sea beneath with all the hunters void of existence. Everyone who saw this forgot to even think anything for a moment before focusing their whole firepower toward a single individual.

It was uncertain but they knew, no ordinary would have hurt the young lady, and seeing Subaru's strength, they made a quick conclusion whom they have to hunt.

Well, they cared for their lives too, so attacking the invader was their only option.

Subaru stared at the broken metal pieces falling toward the sea, with emotionless eyes. He just used his fist to bash the chopper from the top, with his blue flames wrapped around his fist.

He gawked once at the next chopper which was readying fireworks for Subaru. He didn't wait and launched toward them with his furious speed. He penetrated the chopper from beneath, resulting in its breakdown in two. He didn't stop and using the psychokinesis he scrapped the split chopper into a junk scrap until it reached the size of a baseball.

Using all kinds of brutality he had, he destroyed each aircraft mercilessly. Within 7 minutes, Subaru was the only one visible in the air. Not a single invader was able to leave a scratch on him. Subaru sighed loudly after venting out some of his anger while rubbing the back of his head.

'I hope it doesn't upset her'. Subaru thought before disappearing.

The place where he teleported wasn't his cottage but rather a place in Tokyo.

The traditional Minka of a particular clan came into Subaru's view.

He never visited here and didn't think that his first visit would be under these kinds of circumstances.

As soon he appeared above the residence, several people received his presence. The guards aimed at him as he descended from the sky slowly.

Subaru wasn't in the mood to play with them so using blizzard which was far greater than Ririka could chant, he froze them at the spot. Whether using flames or brute strength, no one was able to break free and just watched him walking by them with their body still in the same position.

Subaru eyed the maids and servants on the way and with his current demonic aura, no one dared to stop him. The feeling of death was so intensified because of a single presence that made everyone freeze at their place.

After Subaru walked some meters inside the complex house, he halted his steps making the maids around shiver in a fret.

" Will you guide me to Ririka's father. I wanna have a peaceful conversation with him". Subaru directed his gaze toward a pink-haired maid with whom he was familiar.

"Y-yes. Please follow me". Rinka was shivering from head to toe because of the current mood of Subaru. She has seen him displeased once before but right now he was in a rage and she knew her relationship with Theo won't stop him to kill her if the situation arise.

All the others only watched two people, one visibly frightened and another terribly upset walking to the clan meeting area.

They only walked for a minute before arriving in a big hall with a humongous man sitting at the head position and several people sitting on either side of the hall while intently gazing at the entrance.

Subaru just walked inside, leaving Rinka on the door.

She escaped as soon Subaru left her side, without thinking a second thought.

Subaru walked and after creating a throne of ice he sat on it cross-legged.

He was about one meter away from Lord Yama who was watching every move of Subaru with his blood-red eyes in anger.

"It will be advisable to shut yourself until I am here. I don't know whom of you is close to my girlfriend, that's why you are still breathing. So stop yourself before I make you ". A chilling voice reached to every person sitting in the room or spying from different corners.

It was true that a total of 18 spells were in process of being chanted and still it didn't halt even after his warning.

Subaru sighed and erased the mana from each and every person in the whole residence. His mana threads spread like thin air and after being connected to each of the awakened, the thread instantly sucked out the mana. Only the amount of mana was left which could provide consciousness.

He didn't want to kill someone who could be close to Ririka that's why he was holding back but he wasn't sure how much longer.

"Greetings, father-in-law. It's unfortunate that, I came alone due to some reasons. Anyway, please take care of me from now on".
