LOVE ENEMIES

It might have been fate or pure coincidental, the way they met but in any case, they did . It was even weirder the way troubles seemed to follow them like it was their shadows.Or could it be a way for them to get closer? Now they are both stuck with the person they hate, each other, while trying their very best to avoid their rapidly growing affection for each other. Excerpt: "What the hell? How can you just abduct someone like that and how did you jump so high?"Olivia asked in a loud voice. "Miss, I'm sorry for the intrusion but I needed you to come with me and I'll let you go very soon. By this time tomorrow you'll be back home and then you can go to work." Maximilian said calmly with a hint of amusement in his voice. His lips arched beautifully into a slight smile. Olivia couldn't help but stare at him. His eyebrows were shaped in a way that made him look stern. They were dark and thick. His eyelashes were also enviously dark and thick. His wavy raven black hair, a complete contrast to his smooth pale skin. His pale pink kissable lips were arced up in an amused smile however his beautiful silver eyes didn't give away any emotion — Now let's dive deeper into Love Enemies and see how these two will survive all challenges ahead of them. *Self-edited. *Cover is mine. -------- I'm my own person and like books with dramatic romance so I'll also write a dramatic romance. Some scenes are vigorous, some contain the emotional turmoil of the characters, and others that contain tragic events. If you can't handle it, don't read at all. This isn't a sweet romance and I don't believe in love at first sight so I won't write about it. In this story, the characters will have a bumpy relationship however there will be sweet moments for all those with a sweet tooth(◠‿◕). Anyway, get ready for a bumpy ride!(>▽

IZZY

Once again, Olivia found herself enveloped in a thick darkness and once again, she could do nothing about it. She felt too sticky, it felt so uncomfortable. Considering that she was kidnapped, she felt abnormally calm. But she felt a little exasperated because she had no idea how long she would be kept there.

As far a her eyes could see, there wasn't even a single ray of sunlight in this dark and gloomy dungeon. She felt she was going to lose her sanity any moment now. Another problem, she couldn't feel any presence at all. She was the only one here and once again she felt all alone in this world, this whole universe.

She run her fingers through her silver hair which was tied up in a messy bun, effectively removing the blue scrunchie that held it up. Her long silver locks flowed down over her shoulders until they covered her pillow on the bed. Though she was still in a sitting position, her hair was so long that it flowed down to her hips.

Through out her life, Olivia had always had the strong urge to grow out her hair and never to cut it. Whenever she was forced to cut it, she turned vigorous, throwing tantrums here and there. Soon her adoptive parents decided to leave her hair be, thinking she would get over it. But....she never did.

A painful memory flashed in Olivia's mind. The memory of the incident, the incident where her parents and her brother died. They had been driving smoothly when suddenly, a gigantic truck smashed into them from the front. The gigantic truck had been moving in reverse and not even slowly. Her father, Jacob had tried to swerve to the right but it was too late and the swift turn he tried to make only put him in the way of death. Metallic poles which hung from the back of the truck plunged into her father's heart while her mother and brother were killed when another metallic pole pierced through their throats.

And just like that the truck stopped. But it could never stop the horror that had gripped Olivia so tightly as she stared at her brother who had a metal pole sticking out of his neck.

She was so horrified and shocked that all the screams that should have come out long ago, died in her throat. She was so engulfed in trepidation that any tears that should be flowing like broken dams by now completely refused to even fill her wide emerald green eyes. Though she herself...well, it could not be said that she didn't get hurt, she did but she just felt numb, as if she could not fell anything anymore.

Finally, Olivia snapped back to reality. She had sat there dazed and lost in her memories for almost an hour. She wiped her face, expecting that she must have cried while thinking about the memory but to her surprise, there was not a single tear on her gorgeous face. She felt her heart and mind go numb. Olivia was a person who actually liked the darkness more than the light, liked the night more that the day.

The reason being, the worst experiences she had happened in broad daylight. The sun had always been smiling down at her as she suffered misery after misery in this short life of hers. But it wasn't like she never went out sometimes. After all, if one stayed in the darkness for too long it would affect their vision. Olivia sighed, running her long slender fingers through her thick silky silver locks which she hadn't noticed due to the ominous darkness. She lay back on the bed.

Another hour had passed when Olivia started muttering lowly.

"That stupid gorgeous man!" Olivia groaned exasperatedly. "He's crazy, he's mad, he's a f***king idiot" she cursed. "What was his name again? Ah! Maximilian, that's it. That motherf***king so called prince." Olivia cursed without reserve.

Max had just finished his shower but the moment he stepped out, he sneezed. Confusion etched his onto his flawless face. He sneezed again. Was someone thinking about him? What was going on? He sneezed again. Then curiosity replaced the confusion. Who could it be that was thinking about him so much that he had sneezed trice in a row.

Suddenly, there was a knock on his door. No one dared to knock on his door unless he had called them, with the exception of one person. Max stared at the door for a while but another impatient knock made him move. He walked to the door with quick yet elegant steps. He opened it only to be welcomed by a familiar face.

"Brother", Owen started immediately. "Witches!" His voice and expression was grave. Impatience was craved onto his handsome face. Max's aura immediately became chilly at the mention of witches. In less than two seconds, he had changed from his white bath robe into comfortable black trousers and and a black shirt.

On the outside, Max looked like the essence of calmness but Owen knew all too well this calmness before the storm. Owen stood patiently at the door, waiting for his brother. Max was ready but before he left the room he looked at a picture which had been framed in a golden frame.

"Jazelle", he mumbled so lowly under his breath that even with Owen's supernatural hearing, he still couldn't hear him. Max traced the golden frame as pain flashed in his eyes before flipping the photo face down onto the desk. He heaved a deep breath as if steeling himself before walking out, followed closely by Owen.

They walked through the halls silently but suddenly, something stopped them. An incredibly beautiful woman who had her silver hair cascading down to her hips. Her emerald green eyes which were bright, big and full of life were wide in a shocked surprise. Every curve of her body screamed 'sensuous'. And every twinkle in her eyes screamed 'mesmerizing'. Her small full lips had formed an 'o'.

Both men blinked when they broke the bewitching spell she had placed on them.

"Izzy", Max unconsciously whispered but even he didn't realize it. Owen heard him and his head whipped to Max in confusion. It was Olivia standing before them, who was Izzy? Though there was definitely something different about Olivia's appearance, Owen didn't understand how Max could misidentify a person like Olivia. But still, he wanted to know, who was Izzy? No! He was sure he had never heard of any Izzy before.

Olivia however, was staring at the man in plain shock. The way he addressed her made her immediately forget about the fact that she had just teleported in front of him when she thought about seeing him. No one addressed her by that name, ever. It could be said that that was her real name, the name her birth parents gave her. No one, not anyone knew that name. She never used it in anything she did so how, how could this ice prince know her name ?

"You....you, how do you know my..... that name?" Olivia asked making Owen's head wip to her. So that was her name? But he didn't find any such name when he did a background check.

"Huh?" Max snapped back to reality when her was heard by him. Finally, he realized what he had said but for some reason, it felt... so right.
