The billionaire's fiancée

As Ella settled into her new life as a billionaire's fiancée, she couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed. She had never experienced such luxury before, and she wasn't sure if she would ever get used to it.

Ethan, however, was determined to make her happy. He showered her with gifts and took her on exotic trips around the world. They went to Paris, Tokyo, and Dubai, staying in five-star hotels and eating at Michelin-starred restaurants. Ella felt like she was living in a fairy tale.

However, as they settled into their new life together, Ella began to notice that Ethan seemed distracted. He was constantly on his phone, and he seemed anxious and stressed.

One day, Ella decided to confront him about it. "Ethan, is everything okay?" she asked. "You seem preoccupied lately."

Ethan sighed and put his phone down. "I'm sorry, Ella. I've been dealing with some business problems lately. Things haven't been going as smoothly as I'd like."

Ella sensed that he wasn't telling her everything, but she didn't want to push. "Is there anything I can do to help?" she asked.

Ethan smiled at her. "Just your love and support is enough," he said, pulling her close. "I'm so lucky to have you in my life."

Ella smiled back at him, hoping that everything would be okay. She loved Ethan deeply and wanted to support him however she could.

After discussing with him for a little while she started feeling drowsy and Ethan asked her to go to bed that he'll join her as soon as he finishes with the report he's taking care of.

While he was going through the reports his phone started ringing and immediately he saw the caller ID he picked it immediately.

"Hello Jeff how are you doing?"Ethan asked.

"I'm fine Bro" he answered from the other side of the phone.

"So any good news?"Ethan asked with a worried tone.

"No Bro still nothing, I have contacted all my colleagues around New York city but none of them have being able to get any informations about his whereabouts."

With that statement Ethan went mute.

"Hello Bro are you still there?" Jeff asked from the other side of the phone.

"Yes yes Bro I'm hearing you." Ethan replied as he jerked back to reality.

"And what about his company? " Jeff inquired.

"The company has been bankrupt, and none of the workers too knows anything about his whereabouts." Ethan replied with a dejected tone.

"Bro it's really complicated but don't worry too much about it we won't stop until we are able to track him down." Jeff assured him.

"OK Bro thanks for your support. Goodnight." Ethan replied him before hanging up the call.

After the call Ethan couldn't continue with what he was doing.

He sat on the couch lost in his thoughts, he couldn't believe what kind of trouble he has gotten himself into.

As he sat on the couch with many thoughts going through his mind he got drifted away by slumber.

As Ella and Ethan's wedding day approached, Ella felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. She couldn't believe that she was about to marry the man of her dreams.

Ethan on the other hand despite all the whole issues he was facing tried his best to keep his calm when and not get Ella involved in it.

He wanted his wedding with Ella to be the most biggest and memorable event that will take place in New York city and because of that he tried his best to reduce the time he spent in his work place in order to help Ella in organizing the wedding.

They sent the invitation to many people as they could.

However, as the day got closer, Ethan became increasingly distant. He seemed to be avoiding her phone calls and spending even more time at the office.
