"Were you able to find my clothes?" Fyre asked as soon as Tian Zi was in his view. He was feeling a little fine later in the day but since he was still waiting for the right suppressant for his body after the previous one lost its effectiveness on him, Tian Zi insisted that Fyre should just stay in the hospital for the rest of the day. Of course, Fyre didn't mind because the room he was in was like a hotel room so he just asked the Alpha to go get him some of his clothes and things.

"I did but I found someone I didn't want to along the way," Tian Zi replied with a scowl, making Fyre frown in confusion before he saw someone come in next holding a bouquet of flowers and probably a box of dessert.

"Paul," Fyre exclaimed, surprised by the Alpha's appearance. Fyre looked at Tian Zi, wanting to know how the two of them met so Tian Zi quickly replied without waiting for the words to be spoken out while handing the Omega his mobile phone which they had left this morning because he was in a hurry.

"He was outside your house when I went to get your clothes. He was looking for you and insisted on coming so now he's here," Tian Zi replied monotonically. From the way he acted, he obviously had something against Paul which Fyre secretly felt happy about seeing that Tian Zi was evidently getting jealous.

"I heard you're already fine but I wanted to see it myself," Paul said, putting the things he bought down to the counter table at the far side of the room before nearing Fyre's bed with a worried expression.

"Thank you. As you can see, I'm doing fine now. Tian Zi was just overreacting," Fyre replied with a chuckle, and once again it brought Tian Zi to a blush which thankfully no one had noticed. He still didn't tell Fyre the real reason why he brought him to the hospital and somehow made him believe that it was because he was just tired from his heat but he'll eventually tell him soon when he had the chance.

"Seems so... but I think I would have done the same. Your heat is becoming difficult the more you suppress it..." Paul chuckled but later said seriously. He was honestly thinking that Fyre should find a partner that would help him sate his body. It's a natural solution for recessives like Fyre. In fact, now that he thought of it, he was almost tempted to volunteer but he also thought it would be awkward between him and Fyre if they started sleeping with each other. He had never seen Fyre like that before but somehow, the thought didn't sound so bad.

"Yeah, I've already requested a new suppressant so I hope I can find one that would match me soon," Fyre replied. He too feeling tired of his unpredictable body. Suppressant could only do much to him and just like Paul had thought, the doctor suggested he find a partner to help him long ago but back then he was determined to use drugs instead because he initially wasn't to find a lover.

Secretly glancing at Tian Zi from afar, Fyre began to blush at his thought. The word lover made his heart pound faster than normal.

"There are so many drugs out there that are available to suppress Omega and Alpha heat but most of them could only do much... i-if you want I can help you..." Paul suddenly blurted before he halted realizing what he just said. Fyre looked at Paul as if the Alpha had grown another head, knowing what he meant to say by 'help'. Fyre secretly glanced at Tian Zi once again and he could see how suddenly the Alpha was glaring at Paul from the back which Paul didn't notice at all and for some reason, that made Fyre's heart flutter with joy even more. The thought of the Alpha's confession brought him into a smile so he quickly chewed on his lower lip hoping that his smile wouldn't show.

"N-nevermind... forget that I said that," Paul quickly took back his words, making Fyre wake up from his previous thoughts and laugh awkwardly realizing he had forgotten Paul for a second. "A-Anyway, I only came to check on you. I needed to be somewhere later so I should be going... nice to see you doing fine," Paul said and he could only blame himself for making the situation so awkward. He didn't actually have any prior appointments but due to his earlier words, it felt like he lost the chance to stay a little longer.

"Yeah, thank you for visiting. I'll just contact you when I'm out of here," Fyre said, knowing that his friend only had good intentions.

"Yeah, I'd like that. Mom and dad wanted to have a meal with you soon as well," Paul smiled. After the party, the other day, both his mother and father wouldn't stop talking about Fyre and insisted that he should invite the Omega to their house. This was the reason why he came to Fyre's house today but seeing that the Omega is in the hospital bed, he decided he'll have to reschedule that some other day.

"Really?? Then let's meet to have that meal together, I'll definitely let you know when I'm able," Fyre smiled, always having a soft spot to elders due to him leaving home in his teens.

After the short visit, Paul finally left and as soon as he got out of the room, Tian Zi then neared Fyre's bed with his arms crossed against his chest. He didn't seem to be pouting for sure but clearly, he was upset so Fyre couldn't help but chuckle. He never thought that his relationship with Paul would upset Tian Zi this much.

"What the hell is your problem?" Fyre asked in a teasing manner still giggling. Of course, those giggles soon disappeared when Tian Zi swiftly towered over him without saying anything. Fyre gulped nervously suddenly not knowing what to do as their faces got closer. The young Alpha may be cute and innocent at times but he's definitely an Alpha and does some things that would quickly catch him off guard.

"He's right. You can't rely on drugs to suppress your heat all the time… s-so instead, you can rely on me... I'll satisfy your body as much as you want," Tian Zi whispered and whatever came to him that on the spur of the moment he pulled something off like this—his lips touched Fyre's, taking both their breaths away before they separated shortly after, staring at each other. Both of their hearts beat in sync and they both all of a sudden felt shy. However, when Tian Zi was about to pull away needing some fresh air to clear up his mind, his eyes widened watching Fyre's hand pulling him close not wanting him to pull away.

"I-Isn't it obvious t-that I would choose you o-over anyone at this point?" Fyre said, slowly turning red, still pulling on Tian Zi. His words weren't confident but it was enough to make Tian Zi's eyes widen even further. He stared at Fyre intensely, once again his heartbeat taking up a faster pace, his Adam's apple waved as he gulped his saliva.

"D-Does that mean you're willing to take us a chance?" It was Tian Zi's turn to stutter, unable to believe Fyre's words. When the Omega shyly nodded his head, Tian Zi wasn't able to hold back and kissed Fyre again. This time it was deeper, longer, and more passionate.

Meanwhile, while Fyre was mostly impulsive most of the time, his decision right now wasn't one of them. The whole day he thought about it and to be honest, he didn't have much reason to say no. He had been holding back his feelings for four years. He tried to move on but just couldn't. Last night, what he did was only meant as his final farewell for his unrequited emotions. He thought that if Tian Zi rejected him himself, he would no longer harbor such feelings towards him. He thought that because he couldn't give him up, he could make up something that would force him to give up. He was so ready but this happened instead.

He could never have been happier. Tian Zi liked him, and he could genuinely see that now. It was clearer to him now and it's funny that all this time he wasn't able to see it. And he no longer wanted to ignore it. He wanted to grab the chance to be happy for once. It's something he didn't expect that would come to him. He thought he would always be lonely and that the world would be cruel to him if he tried.

He truly hated Tian Zi in the beginning but even he couldn't deny the sense of comfort the Alpha gave him since the first time they met and saved him. He was the only person who was able to hold back from attacking him despite being affected by his heat and he didn't know that that simple sense of comfort would develop into something else.

It started as simple as feeling comforted, feeling safe, and all of a sudden he would instinctively look for Tian Zi. And then one day, he just realized he had fallen. He knew it was hopeless but he wasn't able to stop it. Now he understood what Remi had felt towards Jonathan before. That despite the odds, a loving heart can't simply be told to stop beating for a certain someone.

Kisses echoed in the spacious hospital room, Fyre and Tian Zi looked at each other's eyes in daze. Both of them clearly knew what they wanted. The strong pheromones from both Alpha and Omega engulfed the room and in an instant, they knew they were once again in a rut.

"T-This is getting dangerous," Tian Zi expressed, feeling his groin tightening even though he knew full well that they were in the hospital. The desire was overwhelming and the scent was messing with his mind like a strong aphrodisiac especially now that he knew how it felt to be with Fyre.

"I-I'm sorry... I-I couldn't help it," Fyre apologized. One second he was fine and the next he was in heat just from a kiss. He wasn't aware at all that his body was this shameless to be suddenly degraded in this state in a place he shouldn't.

"No, it's not your fault... but will you be okay?" Tian Zi asked, trying to be the more responsible one in the situation.

"I'll be fine... I'll just have my suppressant," Fyre replied as his legs fidgeted, making Tian Zi think for a second before he also turned red suddenly standing rushing to the door to lock it and coming back scratching his nape.

"I-if it's okay with you t-to do it here..." Tian Zi stuttered unable to finish his words. He already told Fyre earlier that he shouldn't rely on drugs and instead rely on him. That he would satisfy his body as much as he wanted. Tian Zi didn't say that just to sound cool or anything because meant every word he said. Meanwhile, hearing the Alpha's words, Fyre felt like his ears were steaming as he grabbed onto his pillow in embarrassment.

"D-do you really need to ask me that! I-it's too embarrassing to say yes," Fyre mumbled shyly, covering his face with his pillow. Seeing this, Tian Zi had the same reaction but of course, he toughened his resolve near Fyre before he lifted him up on his arms, earning a surprised squeak.

"I-I don't think the bed is strong enough so let's do it on the couch," Tian Zi suggested before finally bringing Fyre to the couch as they began making out lost in their own world.
