1 The Package of Destiny

"My life still sucks." Jake started as he spoke with his therapist.

"Interesting, and what makes you say that?"

"Where do I even begin with the downfall of my life this time?" Jake sighed.

Jake Rivers is your average joe. He's 19, a freshman in College, works a 9-5 at a local retail store, and lives in an apartment. Throughout his life, he's been in trials and suffered through his errors. Jake wants to make a change for himself, but every advance gets shut down by either an AI doing slightly better than he can or life throws random bullshit at him.

"I've just been very depressed after me and Chloe broke up. She left me for another guy with a better apartment and such. My parents are at war with each other, my brother isn't around anymore. It's just a lot on my plate, y'know." Jake said and looked at the floor.

Jake's therapist fixed her glasses and wrote down notes on her notepad. She looked at Jake then took off her glasses. "Honestly Jake, you know I've never lied to you before and I won't do it now. It sounds like you need to just center your life around yourself and your desires."

"Diana, you-"

"I know I know, your goal is to get laid and graduate, and you can 100% do that if you focus on you. Stop centering your life around others and make yourself happy. Your cause of depression is because you don't know how to just chill out, relax, and focus." Diana said.

Diana Holmes, a 25 year old woman and probably the closest person to Jake at this point of his life. She's a beautiful woman with short rose gold hair, perfect hazel eyes, and a nice and curvaceous body with large breasts. Diana, aside from being Jake's personal therapist, is also a professor at the college Jake attends. Diana first came up to Jake because of his falling grades then soon they began to connect and now here they are.

"Come with me, Jake. I'm gonna get your mind right." Diana said then got up from her couch and walked to the kitchen.

"What are you planning to do?" Jake asked and stood up.

"I'm planning to pull out my special disposables and I'll let you try out my new bud wraps and a very special item that I bought a little while ago." Diana said and opened her drawers.

"You still want me to try that strong shit..?" Jake asked.

"It gets you absolutely blasted after like two hits. I've been waiting for you to ask me, but you've been...busy." Diana said then pulled out two of her ooze pens then pulled out two unopen boxes of live resin. "Today we have Strawberry Rush and Mystery Taffy~ Pick your poison."

Jake looked at the boxes then pointed at the Strawberry Rush. "I'll try that one."

"Good choice." Diana said then walked toward him then handed him the pen and the box. "Now let's crack em open and get to chiefin'."

The two went to the couch and sat back down then opened their boxes and took the cart out the packet then put it on their ooze pens.

"Cheers~" Diana said.

"Cheers." Jake smiled.

Both of them took a big hit out of their carts. Diana french inhaled her smoke while Jake did the standard ghost inhale. They both blew out the smoke and Jake was the first to start coughing.

Diana laughed at Jake and gently pat his back. "Don't die in my house now, Jake." She laughed.

"Holy shit...They weren't lying about the Rush. This shit is gas, I'm not gonna lie to you.." Jake said, catching his breath.

"I had to up the intensity since some of the old ones weren't getting me blasted enough. But the Delta-8's and Delta-10's are something different." Diana said then took another hit out of her Mystery Taffy.

Jake looked at his cart then took another hit from it then blew out the smoke. He looked at it again and was impressed. "Wow...this has got to be the most strawberry any cart could ever get. It taste like a starburst even."

"Really? Let me try." Diana said.

Jake handed Diana the cart then she took a hit from it. She smacked her lips and smiled. She exhaled the smoke and truly tasted the strawberry.

"Oh wow, the flavor instantly smacked me. This is really good~" Diana giggled then handed the pen back to Jake. "You can keep it."

Jake smiled at Diana then looked at the floor. "I always think about the first time I came to you for help. You weren't quick to judge and you were willing to help to the point we started having these daily."

"Come on, Jake. You're my favorite student. I wasn't gonna let you suffer alone. Everyone needs someone to help them in time of need." Diana said then smiled at Jake.

Jake nodded and kept smiling. "Thank you.."

Jake looked at his phone and read the time. He sighed and stood up. Diana watched him.

"I should head off to finish some assignments that are due in three days and your dumb ass project." Jake said with a chuckle.

"Hey! It isn't dumb! This is to test how well you know the human mind!" Diana said.

"Whatever. I'll catch you tomorrow." Jake said then grabbed his car keys.

"See ya." Diana smiled.

Jake left Diana's house then went to his car. He got in and started it. He decided to go to Starbucks to grab a latte and start up on his assignments. Once he made it to Starbucks, he parked his car then got out, heading straight to the store.

Jake walked in and noticed some of his friends in the lobby. He walked towards their table and sat with them. "What's up fellas. What's the occasion?"

"The chick with the blonde hair, blue eyes, and boobs that are absolute bombs." Jake's friend, Larry, said.

Jake looked back at the front counter and noticed who she was. As Larry described, she was a beautiful woman with blonde hair that was tied in a ponytail, beautiful blue eyes, a slender yet curvaceous built and a large set of breasts.

Jake read the name tag of the woman and mumbled, "Dawn."

"Whoa man, I know she's mesmerizing but you don't have to gawk at her like that." Jake's other friend, Henry, said then shook Jake's shoulder.

Jake looked at his friends then stood up. "I'm gonna try to get her number."

"Hm? You said what? Jake, you're washed. You don't have that same charm as you used to. You have zero rizz to your name man. Chloe was you last successful girlfriend." Larry said.

Jake scoffed and smiled at Larry. "I'm not washed. I'll show you right now."

"Yeah alright. The floor's yours, bru." Larry said and gestured for Jake to walk to the front counter.

Jake walked to the front counter with confidence. He waited for the family in front of him to leave then he stood face to face with Dawn.

"Hi, what can I get for you?" Dawn said with a smile.

"Your number- I mean a medium mocha latte." Jake said then rubbed his hands together.

Dawn rose an eyebrow and her smile turned into a smirk. She looked at Jake one last time before putting her attention on the POS to type in Jake's order. She looked at him one last time. "Anything else for you?"

"Yeah, I'm gonna get your snap- snacking bacon and uhm..." Jake said then pointed at the menu. He tried to keep himself from laughing because he heard his friends in the background bantering him.

Dawn looked at the menu then back at Jake, nearly about to laugh. "Uh-huh?"

"The uhm..." Jake said then snapped his fingers. "Damn. My mind went blank after viewing your beautiful face."

Dawn blushed then lowered her head laughing a little.

"Nah, he really got her giggling and laughing and shit. Bro really pulled it off?" Henry said in awe.

"Hold on, he still has to acquire her socials or the S Tier reward...her number." Larry said.

"You're so dumb. This has got to be the best interaction I've had in a while." Dawn said with a giggle.

"Hey what can I say? I actually came here to get some work done for college and honestly when I saw you, you honestly did blow me away." Jake said.

Dawn looked at Jake and maintained eye contact. She smiled at him then caught herself staring then cleared her throat. "Uhm...will that be all for you sir?"

Jake composed himself as well and pulled out his wallet then cleared his throat. "Yeah, that'll be all."

Dawn nodded then got his total. "It'll be $6.38."

Jake paid with his card then made slight glances at Dawn and noticed she was looking at him with a bashful smile. She handed him the receipt.

"I'll have it out to you..." Dawn said then paused trying to guess Jake's name.

"Jake." Jake said and smiled.

"Jake. I'm Dawn by the way." Dawn responded then smiled at him. "I'll have it out to you, Jake."

Jake nodded then watched her walk off to start making the drink. Jake then headed back to his seat with his friends.

"So? Did you get anything?" Larry asked.

"Nope, but I did certainly leave a wonderful impression for her." Jake said.

"L Game man. Your performance was strong but you finished with nothing." Larry said.

"Damn, bro. Hop off my dick." Jake said with a laugh.

"Yeah you're kinda..." Henry said then moved his head to the side a bit. "I don't know man. You are kinda on his meat."

"Besides she might've been taken. I doubt a woman like her could be single. Plus I barely pulled it off honestly. I was honestly nervous when I finally got to the counter." Jake said.

Dawn walked out to the lobby with Jake's drink and food. She set Jake's items on the table and smiled. "Here you go. Enjoy."

Jake watched Dawn walk back to her station then smiled. He looked at his bag and noticed a piece of paper taped onto it. He took it off the bag then opened the paper. He read the contents inside then smirked.

Henry noticed Jake's smirk and rose an eyebrow. "What's good, man. Everything straight in your head?"

Larry looked at Jake.

"Well it looks like I have more game than you two would've hoped for." Jake said then set the paper down.

They read the note then looked surprised. Jake had acquired Dawn's number and a message saying, "Call and text me sometime".

Jake chuckled and got up from the table. "Alright, I'm gonna go finish some assignments for my classes. I'll catch you two tomorrow."

Jake said his goodbye to his friends to go into the outside courtyard to finish some work for his classes. While he did his work, he decided to text the number and Dawn actually replied. He was glad he didn't get a fake number from her.

The day went by and Jake got back to his apartment at nearly 9 PM finishing work and hanging out with a few of his friends. He sat on his couch then turned on the TV.

"Hey there men, are you tired of being lonely?" The commercial on the TV asked.

"The fuck..? Is this a porn ad?" Jake asked himself then began scrolling on his phone through his TikTok.

"Do you want to get laid?"

Jake stopped scrolling for a second.

"Do you want to acquire any woman you want ever and grow your own harem? Well we have just the the thing for you! "I uh met one of my many wives from the Love Agency System. It's cool, it becomes pointless after a while when you get everything you want."

"I recommend this system if you want to improve on your sex game. The System also gives auto assisted responses to help you when you're struggling! It is a life saver communication wise and pick up wise."

"Text the number now to get a chance at obtaining your own Charm-X System!" The commercial said.

"This commercial blows, bro. This has got to be a video game ad." Jake said then turned off the TV. He got up from his couch then walked to his room then crawled into his bed. He looked at his phone and sighed softly. "I don't really need it. I mean I got Dawn's number after all...barely. Larry and Henry are right though...Chloe was my last actual real attempt at pulling someone. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try this bogus auto assist."

Jake texted the number and waited. Five minutes go by and no answer. Ten minutes...no answer. An hour...no answer.

"Yep, just as I expected. Bogus." Jake said then put his phone on the charger and set it on his nightstand. He roll over on his side then closed his eyes, going to sleep.

Another hour went by and a message appeared on his phone from the Love Agency reading, "Message Confirmed. Package incoming soon."

The next morning, Jake woke up and stretched then grabbed his phone and noticed the Love Agency's number in his notifications with the message responding to his message. He shot out of his bed quickly then hurried to his front door.

"No fucking way...There's no absolute way." He said to himself then unlocked and opened his front door, seeing a beautiful pink box on his doorstep with a pretty red heart stamp on the front. He picked up the package and closed the door then walked to the living room and sat down on the couch.

He opened the box and pulled out the items within it. It was a letter, a new phone, and two system chips inside a beautifully wrapped plastic package. He opened the letter and began to read it.

"Dear Jake, congratulations on being chosen for this experience with the Love Agency! As a welcoming gift, we have given you the newest edition of our very own Black Galaxy, the 90SX R! We have also given you two system chips, one for your phone and one for you to consume. One is edible, smelling like strawberries and the other is a SIM card. Once you enter the chip in the phone, your phone will automatically update with all features and will come with your personal assistant."

"What the hell. I have to eat this chip? Isn't this how the government- Fuck it, I'm already balls deep in this shit." Jake said then took the phone out the box. It was brand new as well, but he placed it aside and took the plastic package out the box and took the chips out.

He smelled the strawberries immediately from one of them and consumed that one then unboxed his new phone and placed the other chip inside the phone. He turned it on and it began to show the updating screen.

Once it finished updating, the welcome screen showed up.

Jake noticed a beautiful holographic woman had appeared in front of him. He just stared at her and was speechless. Charmie was a stunning woman with long hair, a bright smile, and a set of medium sized breasts with a lithe and slender build.

Charmie just smiled at him and looked excited to start helping him.
