Joan on the other side was having trouble fitting in in the wells mansion, the women there treated her like crap , but pretended in front of Lewis.
she was used to such a life so this was a peace of cake . She also worked as Lewis assistant, he never needed an assistant but if it's her why not .
Today morning Lewis left for a business trip, he didn't bring her along because she wasn't needed there , so his secretary felt so great because of Joan's absence.
She had had a crush on him for long but he never noticed her but this time she'll make sure it'll happen, she was foolish enough not to note that he only had eyes for Joan.
" After we alight , Mr Boris will be waiting at LA EATERY restaurant, you'll sign the partnership contract and join hands ," she informed. She always tried to be cool in front of him and show him that she can be a capable wife .
" am sure it's worth it, He was pleased by Joan's presentation and that's why he agreed to sign the partnership contract, that lady is really something." he smiled while praising her which made the lady besides him die from envy.
Why is it always her , what is so admirable about her , she nothing but a fake , she's so plain and boring, she hated the fact that some of the men at work found her attractive.
Arrhh! have had no luck since that hag joined the company. She just sat there felling wronged. she'll have to get her out of the company.
on Joan's side...
Joan over slept, today was her day off ,what a good day . Because Lewis traveled she had today to herself. She had the greatest idea she'll pay her mom a visit it's long since they spoke.
she showed and went downstairs for breakfast, but as usual the annoying woman was in the living room sitting having nothing to do, this lazybones should search for something useful to do with her life.
" what are you doing here, I prayed for you not to wake ever again in any lifetime." she mocked Joan. Joan smiled not caring about the mumbling bee.
" why don't you get employed and stop exhausting furnitures , that way you won't get to see me ," Joan also mocked her . An eye for an eye.
Natalie spat the tea she drank out of shock, what gives this bimbo the right to talk back ? she'll have to teach her how to respect the elderly and know her place.
" Didn't your lowlifes parents teach you how to respect elders ? , if not I'll teach you myself." she was so red.
" oh ! am so sorry elder Natalie I forgot that people with wrinkles like you had to be respected" Joan mocked her even more, she knew Natalie's weakness, wrinkles.
" you!". how dare this witch embarrass her in her own house.
Joan was so happy how this woman would give quickly after wrinkles are mentioned, she refused the act of aging, she would apply all types of creams to stop wrinkles from forming.
After the break fast she left to her home , she bought her mom's favorite flowers daisy flowers . she walked into the familiar estate , the familiarity of home lingered around she really missed this place.
As she got close to the beautiful big door her heart felt uneasy but she ignored it and rang the doorbell, she smiled at the opening door but her smile faded by the unfamiliar face that opened the door.
" am.. excuse me but where is Teresa!? " she was really sweating, what happened when she wasn't around.
" am sorry but I don't know Teresa , the people who lived here moved out so I'll take my leave" the lady locked the door and left Joan looking stupid what really happened.
