CHAPTER ONE

Amelia Rates glanced at her reflection at the review mirror. There was nothing much she could do. She understood that she had never been born as beautiful as her sisters and mother. She wasn't even attractive as her best friend or brother. In the looks department, she was normal skin not too pale, hair not too dark, neither was she short nor tall. In her family everyone was remarkable.

Her father, Richard Edmund Wilkinsen was a self made Billionaire in the oil industry after discovering oil deposits in one of his inherited lands. Her mother, Mary-Josette Angelique Wilkinsen was a well celebrated author and lead psychologist in the country. Her twin older sisters, Hailey Ashley and Harper Edna were respectively one News Anchor in one of the reputable media House while the other way a high level power attorney in the city. Her brother Joseph Eric was a genius and a leading team leader on space exploration. with these much of highly accomplished individuals being ordinary was unremarkable. Lastly her youngest sister Sandra Casey, was a supermodel of the leading brands in the world.

Her family never made her feel unaccomplished but rather they included her in their own success. They loved adored and we're very protective of her because they considered her too innocent and the baby of the family regardless of birth for she was the middle child.
