[Bonus chapter]

Steve was seated on the balcony of his room. looking in no direction. His mind was so full of different thoughts that he couldn't pick out which one was most important to him. 

The words of Ava were still baffling in his mind. 

Was he that unfortunate? First, he loved Jasmine, but she rejected his love.

Second, he fell in love with Laura, but it was unfortunate that he never got the chance to speak to her about his feelings.

And now, it was even more complicated because he mistakenly took Ava for Laura and slept with her!

Was that how badly he wanted love to work out for him? How was he going to explain this to Laura when he confessed his love to her? 

He closed his eyes to think of a solution to the mess he had found himself in. 

Suddenly, his phone rang, snapping him back to reality. He picked up the call and saw the caller ID. 

It was April. 

Immediately, he pressed the answer button.
