KIARA"Hey girls " I waved enthusiastically at the screen. "what have you guys been upto?".It's already been a week since I came to my parents place, days went by way too fast for my liking and have only another week left until I return, that thought itself makes me feel gloomy. Anyways, I am in my room, sitting on the bed comfortably and on a skype call with my two best friends.Jaz responded back cheerfully. It looked like she was getting ready to go out somewhere, wearing a pretty pink dress and had light make up on. Her long black hair was neatly braided in a stylish french plait. I didn't miss the fact that she was wearing her favourite butterfly necklace which she usually wears it as a lucky charm, you know when she wants things to go her way. It was sunday and as far as I know, Jaz is not much of a sunday person she prefers to stay home all day either binge watching on Netflix or experimenting new recipes in the kitchen. I wondered where she was off to today." going out somewhere?" I asked" on a date" Riya replied instead. I noted that she looked a little off today."with whom?" okay, this got me curious."Dylan" she said her cheeks going red." Dylan?" why do I feel like I have heard this name somewhere? "The same sudoku guy" riya said. I though for a moment and then it clicked."OH MY GOD" I practically shouted at the screen " Finally!! he asked you out?."Jaz grinned at me blushing even more. she had a huge crush on this guy for a very long time but he had never noticed her until now. she would day dream about him most of the time and always glorify him at home, 'dylan did that', 'dylan did this'... non stop, which would sometimes annoy Riya."ya Finally that dumb ass noticed her" said Ri sounding a bit sarcastic earning a glare from Jaz."Ri, what's wrong with you today?." she seemed a bit grumpy and dull today."Nothing." she said giving me a tight smile "so, how's your holidays going on?". I frowned at her sudden change of topic. I knew that something was bothering her and I need to know what it is."That trick won't work with me young lady, now spill." I said seriously"I said it's nothing." brushing it off . "It's just my PMS"I wasn't going to believe that crap. I turned to look at jaz instead "what is she hiding from me?" "she broke up with nate." giving Ri a concerned look. "what the hell! why? when ?".I have been away from my friends for just a week and here one goes on a date with her long time crush while the other breaks up with her boyfriend. They had been dating for past eight months now.That was the longest riya had ever been in a relationship with anyone. Not that she has dated bunch load of guys, just two other guys before nate. The first one lasted for three months before they broke up, but they are still good friends and the second one lasted only for two weeks.Nate was the longest and they looked soo good together, even though he was a bit bossy, I thought those two were soo in love with each other." apparently that douche bag two timed on her" Jaz said angrily. what?? this was totally unexpected."I am gonna kill that bastard!, how dare he cheat on my friend?". She is a very strong minded person and doesn't share her emotions with anybody, but I know that she is hurt and trying hard not to show it. she loved him after all. I metally swore that I would slap the guy if I ever come across him in future."don't worry she will find a perfect guy very soon" jaz said patting Riya's back, trying to lighten up the mood."And you, I want complete details about your date once you are back" I ordered jaz to which she nodded "sure"."yeah yeah..now I'll have to bear with her non-stop lovey- dovey chattering about her date for another week until you come back" Riya said rolling her eyes and smiling at Jaz."hey, I don't chatter non-stop" jaz pouted before throwing a pillow at Ri. we both started laughing at Jazzy's childish behaviour.suddenly jaz turned towards me " Kia, you know what?" she started excitedly, her black eyes twinkling. "what?""The four knights are spending their vacation in new zealand" she practically screamed at the screen"who are they now?" some movie stars maybe or maybe some rock band members, she is a fan of bunch load of them and I never bother to ask their names."you don't know about them?" she asked in disbelief. " are you even for real?""Zachary carrington, Alec Rodguiez, Ryan Adams and Joshua watkins. The four most strikingly hot eligible billionaire bachelors , popularly known as the 'four knights' when they are together are on their vacay in New Zealand this year,it's all over the media." Riya provided the information looking at my blank face."so?" why are they telling me all these?, what should I do if the four knights or whatever you call them are here in new zealand? dance around? "so?" Jaz repeated my words as if I am some mentally retarded person. " atleast try to pretend as if you are excited."what's wrong with her, why should I get excited??" why should I? I don't even know who they are and here you are telling me to get excited, as if I'll meet them""who knows you may meet them, and if you are lucky ,one of them will fall head over heals in love with you." which earned an eye roll from both me and riya."For god's sake jaz, snap out of your imagination please. Nothing of that sort will ever happen, atleast not in reality" I said to stop her from building castles in the air"umm.. you never know." shrugging her shoulders looking at me dreamily."Jaz and her crazy imaginations" I heard riya murmur to herself and I found myself smiling at my two friends. one is totally practical and the other in highly imaginative, both contrasting characters together....
