7 Chapter seven

-5 months later-

I wake up and yawn. I lay there then sigh. I get up and change. I walk downstairs and eat an apple. I walk and grab my keys and go to starbuckerionies.

"I need my coffee" I get there and go inside then order a caramel espresso. The cashier walks up and puts my drink down.

"5.99," the cashier says in a thick Mexican accent. My heart raises, she's gorgeous. She has long black hair that is wavy, her eyes are a piercing brown. I go quiet and blush. She looks up at me and smiles.

"Um, what? Sorry I didn't hear you."

"5.99," she gets quiet and leans closer to me.

"But for you Preciosa 2.00," The girl says smiling more. I gulp and hand her the money. She writes her number on the cup and hands it to me. I walk out my face turning red. I get in the car and drive home after finishing my coffee I text her.

Me: hi this is Arisa the girl from a bit ago.

Unknown: ah I was waiting for your text.

Me: might I ask what your name is?

Unknown: Rosa.

'Contact name has been changed to Rosa 🥰'

Me: so Rosa, why did you give me your number?

Rosa 🥰: well I couldn't let someone so cute leave without my number now could I.

Me: heh guess not, would you maybe like to um...go for a date tonight? Say 5.30 at Nora's?

Rosa 🥰: sounds amazing see you then.

I put my phone down and scream into my pillow, for the first time in months I'm happy and blushing! Kathie and Sara knock.

"Honey, did you scream? is everything alright?" Sara asks. I run out and hug them both.

"I have a date!" I yell laughing.

"Wait what with who?" Kathie asks confused.

"I met her today! Her name is Rosa she's so cute mom you don't even know!" I squeal and go into my room. I put on a white crop top and a jean jacket I pull on my leggings and put on high heel boots.

I walk to Nora's and go inside I'm early so I don't bother looking for her I sit in a back corner and see a black car roll-up. Rosa gets out her wavy hair is down and she has a blue crop top on and jean shorts. I jump up and walk out to her.

"Hi Rosa," I say in a soft voice she looks at me and smiles.

"Hi Arisa," Rosa says grabbing my hand and going inside. My heart flutters I look at our hands intertwined and realize, she the one. We go inside and talk till our food comes out after I invite her over. She says yes and we drive to my house. She parks behind me and get's out I walk over to her and softly grab her hand. We go inside and Kathie and Sara are sitting on the couch watching a show.

"Hey," I say blushing softly, they turn and look at us. Kathie's mouth drops and Sara smiles. I blush more and think 'oh please don't say something stupid.' Kathie get up and walks over.

"Hi I'm Kathie" she sticks her hand out and Rosa shakes it.

"Rosa, nice to meet you ma'am" Rosa says squeezing my hand. I look down at our hands and blush more.

"Anyway! We are going to my room don't come in k thanks!" I run up to my room and close the door behind us she laughs.

"Bueno, parecen agradables" Rosa says with a soft laugh.

"De todos modos, de vuelta a ti" I get closer to her and grab her hand. She looks down at me seeing as she's at least 5 inches taller. I smile and get closer to her.

"I know we just met and this might be weird--"

Rosa presses her soft lips on mine. My eyes widen the I close them hugging around her waste.

"I knew you were gonna kiss me anyway." Rosa says with a slight smirk I giggle and lay my head on her.

"Awwwwwwww!" Kathie and Sara say in unison. I turn around and look at them my face turns red.

"Guys!" I yell. Rosa laughs and blushes. They come in.

"Oh come on you guys were too cute as if we wouldn't watch you," Kathie says smiling.

"Yeah she is pretty cute huh," Rosa says kissing my cheek I hide my head on her and laugh.

"Rosa shut up!" I say giggling.

"Rosa, how would you like to stay the night?" Sara asks looking at Kathie.

"Really? Are you sure I mean yes I would love to stay but are you sure?" Rosa says flustered.

"Yes we're sure," Kathie says holding Sara's waste. Sara smiles at her then they both look at me. I blush and try not to make eye contact with them.

"That'd be great thank you" Rosa says holding me tighter. I set up a bed on the ground and let her take my bed. I lay down and turn off the lamp.

"Night Rosa," I say pulling the blanket over me.

"Night."
