Today only

We kept eating quietly for some time. When I had finished eating, I looked at dad. Seeing my look, he said, "sorry once again."

"You know why they did this?" I asked. Hearing me, dad said, "no."

"Ok. So someone will lock me here until who knows when?"

"Today only. Tomorrow you can go back to school and live the life which you have," dad said. Hearing it, I nodded and said, "when they will change doors, I want to be there."

"Ok," he said. Hearing it, I nodded, and dad said, "so tomorrow after school."

"Oh, let's put it, at eighteen. I might help with studies," I said.

"Evans?" dad asked. Hearing it, I nodded. Seeing my eyes, he said, "ok. you can make connections with families. This will help you in the future."

"Yes," I said while smiling. I could tell him that Paula is my girlfriend, but I stopped myself. When I did this, I looked at dad.

Seeing my look, he slipped tea and said, "I will go now for your mother. Maybe she will calm down."

"Something happened."

"Your call. What else can it be? Now it is seven, as you called us. Around one, she talked with her mothers for like two hours and went shopping. Good that they opened a mall for her. Maybe she had done spending money."

Hearing dad complaining, I looked at him. He continued, "for the first time in years, something like that is happening. I will try to calm her down."

"Ok," I said. Hearing my dad nod. When I grabbed the plates, I walked to the kitchen. After coming there, I could see two people.

As they looked at me, a guy who was probably the chef said, "Who are you?"

"Someone who brought you back plates. Where do you have tea?"

"There," he said while pointing to one shelf. Seeing it, I nodded, and after opening it, I took one and started the kettle.

While I kept waiting, the woman who brought food added, "oh, where you are working here?"

"Nowhere," I said, and I could see JJ's face. "Jack."

"Oh, come on. Be a little quiet."

"Come on. What are you doing here?" JJ asked. Hearing it, I looked at him and said, "you can see making tea."

"Come on," he said while I filled the glass. When I had done this, JJ said, "don't stop Jack from entering here."

"Fourth division commander. Do you know what a young master would like to have for lunch? I need to prepare it soon," the chief said. Hearing it, I looked at JJ.

Seeing it, I said, "no idea. For dinner, some sauce with meat. You should know what allergies I have. For lunch, I will make myself."

Hearing it, he looked at me and said, "Who?"

"Young master, let's go," JJ said.

"I told you many times. Call me by my name," I said while looking at him. Chef, and a woman whom I do not know who might look at us. Seeing it, I added, "oh right, the sauce is not too spicy too."

"Got it. I might have an idea what," he said. Hearing it, I nodded, and when he smiled, I came after JJ out. As I looked at him, he said, "so you know. What you will be doing."

"Oh, I have an idea. Don't look at me like that. What you want," I said.

"If something like that is happening. You should call me," he said.

"I called who was outside, and dad. It's not my fault that mom answered. So you know what might happen around you?" I asked.

"A few things I know. For sure, no bugs here. Nobody unknown to us can't come here. Especially without looking at them, my people can't go up. So no worries, all will be ok there. So do not worry."

"Ok. What about training? As I can't come out, we might have one here," I said.

"Oh, we can. So let's have it in around half an hour," JJ asked. Hearing it, I nodded and said, "good idea. I will need to find some clothes to change into. Just to train with them."

"Check shelves. You have a lot of clothes there," JJ said. Hearing it, I shook my head. As Joanna bought me a lot, no idea how much mom could buy.

Thinking about this, I looked at JJ as he kept smiling and walked upstairs.

After coming to my room, I started checking.

I thought I would be here a lot. It happened, but that isn't true. Clothes for like a week. Seeing it, I nodded, and as I looked around, I chose the worst shirt.

I recognize brands. Also, after taking it out, I could see the same thing I am using during training.

Seeing it, I took it, and I looked for a rest. I could find everything here. After changing, a smile showed up on my face. Having it, I come out.

When I did drinking tea, I used the bathroom and came out. I could feel the icy wind.

Feeling it, I looked around. Not seeing JJ anywhere, I started my stretching. It might help me a lot. As I keep doing it, I run around home.

Just to see how big it is. While I kept running, I could see that I had a lot of land.

As I looked at it, I kept running. Each time when I came there, I looked around.

While ending the fourth circle, I could see a car coming. Seeing it, I looked at it.

"Jack," mom's voice came. Hearing it, I stopped and started taking deeper breaths.

While looking at the car, it had stopped, and mom came out. Looking at her, she smiled and wanted to come closer.

"I am sweaty."

"Oh, ok," she said, stopping her hug. Seeing her look, she smiled and said, "I bought a few things for you."

"You don't need to," I said. Hearing me, mom smiled and said, "I wanted to. I will let them be in the living room."

"Ok."

"What are you doing?" she asked.

"Keep my training. I should have one now with JJ, but I can't see him."

"Oh, he might check everything inside. I will let them put it all in and come back home. Time to rest after hours of walking around."

"Mom. you should sleep too," I said, looking at her. Hearing me, she smiled and said, "maybe. I will see. Now I will let them all go in.''

"Jack, where are you?" JJ voices.

"Here," I said louder. Not long after, JJ showed up. Seeing us there, he said, "miss."

"Oh, tell your people to move what I bought," mom said. Hearing her, JJ nodded and said, "doing."

As he moved his hand closer to his mouth, he gave orders. After doing it, not long after, a few people show up. Seeing them, JJ said, "let's go to training."

"Ok," I said, and when I looked at mom, I said, "I will go now. Mom remembers to rest. It will be unhealthy for you."

"I know," she said. Hearing it, I nodded, and when she smiled, she sat inside her car. Seeing it, I smiled and walked inside. While looking at JJ, I walked after him.

When we came to one room, I could see the gym. Seeing it, I looked at JJ, and he said, "gym was here from the beginning. We only changed it all here."

"Ok. I hope it does not go unused."

"No. Fourth has a base here. Do not worry. We keep being in another building," he said.

"Oh, so this one is used for," I said while pointing to where I thought it is. When JJ nodded, he added, "after you run here, we were changing there. So do not worry, we will not come here as much as we were."

"Ok," I said. When JJ nodded, he smiled, and as he looked at me, we started our training.

While we keep doing it, I monitor JJ. we keep doing it all. No idea how long we keep training.

After ending it, JJ looked at me as I kept lying on the floor.

As I looked at him, I said, "I will go there soon. I need to rest."

"Ok. To refresh, and I will bring some drink to you," he said. Hearing JJ's words, I nodded and finally got up.

When I looked at him, I could see him smile. Seeing it, I smiled and strolled to the bedroom.

While I was there, I smiled and started taking a shower. While I kept doing it, I smiled, and after I had done this all, I came to bed.

After changing, I looked at my phone and texted Paula, 'can you send me what we had today?'

'Ok' she wrote to me.

Seeing it, I smiled, and as I looked at it, I put my phone to the side, and not long after, I received notes that Paula took.

Seeing it, I smiled and started reading them. While JJ came and saw what he brought here, I nodded, and while drinking, I kept reading.
