Go out

As I keep doing it, at one point Joanna comes in.

Hearing her voice, I came out, and looked at her. Seeing her there, I smiled, and said, "So we can eat."

"Yes. Let's do this," she said shortly. Hearing her words, I nodded, and then we sat and started eating.

Time slowly passed, and then I said to her, "I would like to train in self-defence."

Hearing me, she looked at me and then said, "Oh. This might be a good idea. I will contact everyone."

"Thank you," I said. Hearing me, Joanna nodded, and said, "From tomorrow."

"Yes," I said. When I nodded, I was done with my food. When I did this, I looked at Joanna and said, "I will be in my room."

"Ok," she said, shortly.

Hearing her, I nodded and walked slowly to my room. After coming here, I lay in bed.

I just now do not want to learn. I will need to do something. She is paying for everything.

With this, once again in my mind, I started searching the net.

As I keep doing it, my battery goes down. I fully forgot to charge it.

Seeing it, I put it to the side, and closed my eyes.

No idea how long I spent like that, but Joanna's voice came. "Oh, Jack."

"Yes," I asked while opening my eyes. As I could see Joanna, sitting on the bed, she smiled and said, "I talked with Sophia and Megan."

"So," I asked.

"Tomorrow, after school, you will start all over. First, we will need to improve your fitness," she said.

"Ok. Thank you," I said, and while seeing Joanna smiling, she hugged me. Feeling it, I asked, "something on your mind."

"Yes. Many things. But we will talk about this later."

"Oh, something important?" I asked.

"No. I am thinking about how we will talk about you."

"Oh, to whom?" I asked.

"Mommy and daddy," she said, shortly.

"So think about this," I said.

"Oh, I will. Now we will move this as far as possible. You need to heal, and look like a human," she started saying, and as she moved her hand around my cheek, she added, "You should shave."

"Oh, I will soon," I said. Still, I have on my mind her words. I will meet my mother and father at some point.

With this on my mind, I keep looking at Joanna.

I could see her smile.

"Something on your mind?" I asked shortly.

"Oh, many things. Now we will not talk about this. So maybe you will go out. You only learn and go to school," she said.

"I like it. I need higher education to earn a lot," I said.

"Oh, we have money," she said.

"They are yours. I just want to create my own steps," I said.

"Ok. Just go now out," she said while pointing outside.

Seeing it, I said, "Why?"

"Go."

"Ok," escaped from my lips. Hearing me, Joanna nodded, and when I looked at her, she added, "Call me when you want to come back."

"Oh, my battery is out," I said.

Hearing me, she rolled her eyes. Seeing it, Joanna said, "really."

"Yes," I said.

"I will give you a power bank. So use it."

"Ok." After my words, she walked away. Therefore, I need to go out.

After a quick change, I came out, and while seeing the power bank in her hand, I grabbed it, and started charging the phone.

"Go now."

"I will. Don't make a mess here," I said shortly.

"Ok. Don't worry," she said shortly. Hearing her words, I smiled, and came out.

Where I can go?

The only place that comes to my mind is the library. Knowing that I started walking to the bus stop.
