1 Why, Loser Salvaging System?

People in society can be classified into many categories: overachievers, underachievers, teachers, parasites, psychopaths, demons, etc. All of these categories tend to overlap and influence each other, they maintain a fine balance in between society(order) and vice(chaos).

Losers, the only category which threaten this fine balance. They consume societies resources, ignored and used by vice. They form the lowest rung in both the society and vice's Peking order and are the only ones which serve little to no use to either order or chaos.

Their pathetic nature and uselessness is dangerous to both order and chaos. Losers, it's not a achievement, it's not something to be proud of. To remove the existence of losers, a unique system was created.

Its main objective was to salvage redeemable losers and eliminate the hopeless ones.

It was both an excellent teacher and an emotionless manslayer.
