Chapter 32-'My grandma was involved in the accident'

It was no wonder that Jen looked so beat up, Lorrin could tell that the information had a big hit on her, the world of damn adult she always hated it,

'I knew it' (Lorrin)

Lorrin wasn't fazed, she didn't act like she was fine, she was actually fine since, childhood the treatment she got from her family and how Ann kept so many things about Lorrin secrets from her family was always something weird, Ann always had her guard up around Lorrin's family at first Lorrin thought that it must be because they were her employers but, later the reason just got more messed up, even the driver doesn't share where Lorrin goes to her family most of the time and her family doesn't even know that Lorrin is a hand model and the information about Lorrin's banks are more complicated,

'How could you accept it as if a fact without checking but?' (Jen)*furious*

Jen was furious because it was totally stupid for Lorrin to accept the fact without any evidence, she didn't know where Lorrin got the file from either so it made sense for her to be angry,

'My grandma was involved in the accident' (Lorrin)

Lorrin said it like it wasn't some big deal which just left Jen stunned, Jen did have an overall idea of how Hans most of the time do their business, they bribe, they even offer girls to some people to get deals but, to think they went as far as that to get rid of Lorrin just made no sense to her, she felt stupid but didn't pity Lorrin, she knew pitying Lorrin was stupid, more than that she should just give Lorrin a standing ovation for going through so much but, still remain sane,

'What?'(Jen)*astonished*

'Yes, so I kind of knew it was true.'(Lorrin)*Shrugging off*

Seeing Lorrin so non-cholent kind of worried Jen, at the end of the day Lorrin was just 15 years old, Jen questioned whether Lorrin just has lost all her emotions,

'Your family's messed up.' (Jen)*Giving up*

Understanding Lorrin's life was now just a puzzle to Jen and now she had just given up on it, Jen was thankful that Lorrin was in a relationship such emotional support is really helpful, she was more thankful that it was her uncle was the one Lorrin was going out with, though stupid he was a really mature person who knew how to take care of himself and his loved one when Jen's mother used to go through tough times after her husband, she always looks for her brother, though younger than her, he knew how to go through things,

'I know'(Lorrin)

{Thank God! you have a boyfriend you still have emotions} is what went through Jen's mind looking at the cold stone expression on Lorrin's face,

'I want you to do two things for me' (Lorrin)

'What?' (Jen)

At this point Jen knew the only way to help Lorin was doing what she says, Jes was extremely good at getting information but, the only problem was that she lacked scheming, {this must be why they agreed to teach me this} she thought,

'Can you check details of a car if I gave you its plate number?'(Lorrin)

'Yeah, if you give me, it's plate number.' (Jen)

'Take it down' (Lorrin)

Just by Lorrin's voice one could know there were ton of stuff going through that little head of hers, she as determined to know what actually happened and how the hell was she made,

Lorrin gave Jen the plate number and rechecked the files, when Jen gave her another piece of information,

'It might not be that big but, there are two copies of that DNA file that was given by the lab.'(Jen)

Jen thought this information might faze her because it meant that someone more who she didn't think would know, knows the damn information but, guess not,

'OH..' (Lorrin)*calm*

'Not surprised?' (Jen)*upset*

'One must be in my mom's locker' (Lorrin)

'You know the password' (Jen)*Surprised*

Lorrin nodded

'Woah!' (Jen)*astonished*

'I got the DNA report from my father's locker.'

'What? How?'*speechless*

'I know his password too.'

{How will she feel if I tell her my condition? whatever} (Lorrin)

At this point Jen thought that Lorrin must be a witch how the hell than would she know her so called parents password while they treated her like an outsider, above all that was she is a certified thief how would she take a damn file away from someone's locker and say it like it was nothing? Jen was just left speechless.

Looking at Jen's face which now looked dumb made Lorrin break out in laughter, Lorrin did expect some reaction but, this was just her cup of tea, she burst of Laugh Like an idiot, looking at Lorrin laugh, Jen felt thankful that she was finally reacting but seeing that, she was laughing on her irked her off and she ignored Lorrin who was laughing like an idiot and went back to work,

both of them worked in their laptops for a longtime with no more exchange; until,

'I just found something.....' (Jen) *excited*

'What?' (Lorrin)*expecting*

'The car belongs to 'The Hans' and it was later transferred to a person named 'Joseph song' no further information.' (Jen)*Impatient*

'Woah! I was checking if Hans had any dealings with the DNA lab but, I found something else 'Williams' made a large donation to the lab 1 week before the result came out.' (Lorrin)*Suspicious*

The involvement of Williams was now new to her and this involvement just made the things more complicated, why the sudden donation? And do they know about Lorrin's situation? if they do know about it, why are they so good to Lorrin? At one-point Lorrin had indeed spent 1 week in their house, the more Lorrin found the more complicated things were,

'What's going on?' (Jen)*confused*

'The car plate number belongs to the car which clashed on us in the accident, it belonged to the Hans which proves the fact that my grandma was involved.' (Lorrin)*calmly*

'Yeah' (Jen)*blank*

'Can you hack a roads security camera?' (Lorrin)*doubtful*

'Nope' (Jen)*Blank*

'Can you check on who is Joseph song?' (Lorrin)*calm*

'Give me a moment.' (Jen)*blank*
