1 Prologue

In the year 2029, the planet called Earth changed. It was not any physical change or anything to its atmosphere or its orbit around the Sun.

It was something supernatural that changed. The first supernatural human appeared this year.

And this appearance did not only changed the fate of the human race but also the fate of the planet Earth.

An international science association, formed from all of the countries together, announced this first evolved human.

Of course, who knows if he was really the first one.

This human had real supernatural abilities. Not something extreme like telekinesis or teleportation but his body strength improved by a high amount.

Lifting 100kg with one hand like it's nothing or running with a speed of 80km/h.

Though a normal body would not be able to do this. The man grew to 2,5 meters from 1,8 meters.

Not to be noticed directly, the man also had his mind capabilities drastically improved. His thought speed improved about two times.

And the reason all of this happened is something called dark matter.

Researchers and scientists of humanity long researched the topic of dark matter.

One day they made a breakthrough and could use this macro material for different kinds of things.

At first, it was used for energy production.

But one day through a fortunate accident, if you can say that, one scientist found out that dark matter could possibly strengthen all matter.

First, they used dark matter on many things, normal metals or food and it worked.

The theory was confirmed. Dark matter could strengthen other materials.

So they thought of a new thing. What if it couldn't just strengthen other materials but also living things.

Quickly people began researching on animals and again with some minor complications the strengthening worked.

Though that kind of news could not be kept a secret, so every nation of the world got information about this.

All nations decided to hold a meeting to not let the situation escalate and possibly to stop a third world war.

In this meeting, an international research association was formed, called International Dark Matter Association, short IDMA.

Everything around dark matter is managed by IDMA.

And one day the first human experiment started.

After many tries, a method was found to not only strengthen humans but also eradicate different kinds of viruses or other things that speed up the aging process.

Many years go by and dark matter is now a pillar of humanity, though we do not know much about it.

Every human on earth at least got once a medicine based on dark matter and evolved to a new form of themselves.

Around 8 years after dark matter medicine was used on the broader population, the first cultivator named himself.

Cultivator! A term used by people who exceeded their humanity and began to sense dark matter.

Not only that, but they also started to absorb it themselves.

Since then many people want to become cultivators and even pay a high price for that.

The first sects were formed and only through them will be people to learn about cultivation.

As it seemed a new world order slowly began to form.

But luckily the sects and the different governments, as well as the IDMA, formed an agreement, that still holds many decades later, albeit one that's slowly crumbling.
