The moment Reinette disappeared, a purple light flashed in the spot she was in, before rushing towards Alexander.

Nobody was here to notice it, but when the light appeared, Alexander's eyes changed to a purple black color for a single second.

Just as it was about to reach him, the purple light changed its direction towards the black eyeball, before quickly integrating with it.

Looking at the situation, Alexander remained motionless, but inwardly countless thoughts flashed through his mind.

He realized that he had been tricked!

The black eyeball was never meant to teleport him to Reinette, but instead it was a means to force him to summon her.

Thinking about it, if Sharron had told him to summon Reinette from the start, he would not even consider doing it.

Instead, she gave him an item, causing Alexander to feel that he was still in control of the situation.

His carelessness was caused by various reasons.

First of all, through the book, he had a positive impression of Sharron and Reinette, thinking that they wouldn't trick him.

Because of the Beyonder Law of convergence, even if Alexander didn't want to, he would unknowingly be attracted to the other part, even making wrong judgements in the proccess.

All of the above, led to him make many wrong judgements throughout this series of events, not even thinking about simulating beforehand.

Alexander quickly understood everything, but he wasn't mad.

This experience reminded him that this is still the world of the Lord of the Mysteries, and as you take advantage of others, others can also take advantage of you.

It was better to make this mistake now that he was only a Sequence 7 Briber, than continuing with this mindset and get backstabbed by the Evernight Goddess like the God of Combat.

Furthermore, even though he had been tricked, he had still confirmed that Reinette had no impure motives through the chant.

This meant that whatever the item is, it should pose no harm to him.

Picking the black eyeball up, Alexander inspected its changes.

The eyeball was still black, but the pupil had been slightly dyed with a purple color.

Symbols were still squirming on its surface but Alexander felt that they had become more blurry, making it even more difficult to focus on them.

This time, the familiar silver window didn't pop up, but information was directly engraved in Alexander's mind.

The eyeball was still called Chaos' Pupil, but its ability had undergone a massive change.

The Spirit World ability had been lost, and instead an an ability with a more ominous name appeared, called Chaos' Incarnation.

Chaos' Incarnation allowed the user to make a incarnation, with no extraordinary power whatsover.

This incarnation is basically a clone, but it needs for the holder to manipulate its actions, akin to a puppet.

Although the clone only has the power of an ordinary person, the holder and the clone have no connection between each other, making it impossible for anyone to trace the clone back to the holder.

If the clone died, the holder would suffer an injury on his spirit body, and the ability would go on cooldown.

Recalling the item's information, Alexander felt that this was a very suitable item to use in order to infiltrate the Origin Castle.

Coupled with the Origin Diary that the simulator gave him and the numerous other coincidences, Alexander felt that he was being urged to join the Tarot Club.

What he couldn't understand however, was which secret existence was behind everything.

Evidently, the Evernight Goddess and the Ancient Sun God had already killed him in the simulations, rulling them out.

He wasn't being condescending, but he didn't think that there was any other god on Earth that could set up such a game.

This only left him with one other option: the Outer Deities.

Of course, he couldn't understand the thoughts and motivations of such an existence, so he focused on the situation on hand.

The moment Reinette mentioned the deal, he felt that his Briber potion had been digested by a little.

This meant that the deal she was talking about was not with anyone else, but with himself.

Alexander already knew that for every gift in this world, you had to pay a certain price.

What he couldn't understand however, was what price he had paid, or what he would be paying in the future.

Shaking his head, he pushed the matter aside.

Gods, Outer Deities and the deal itself were so far away from him, that it wasn't even worth to spend time thinking about it.

Instead, his intuition was telling him that it was better to become stronger as fast as possible.

Only by becoming stronger can he learn the truth and only by becoming stronger can he do anything when he does.

Focusing his attention on the eyeball again, Alexander was shocked to find that the information window had yet to pop up, as if it could not identify this item.

Although the Fate Simulator had failed to identify some information before, this was the first time that it could not identify anything about an item.

This also proved that the Chaos' Pupil's personality was especially high and at the same time, the Fate Simulator wasn't omniscient.

With the Chaos' Pupil in hand, Alexander decided to confirm some things.

Opening the Fate Simulator, information appeared in front of him.
