Frederick barely ran for a minute, before he collapsed onto the ground. The Red Angel injured him worse than he thought, with parts of his spirit body being singed. Even if he tried his best, he couldn't go very far. Hence, he decided to stop moving, and use the last of his energy to make some arrangements there itself.

He quickly opened the Red Castle, and withdrew all of the Hunter Pathway ingredients he had collected. Then, using the methods he had learned in the Red Castle, he made a formation linking all of them. The purpose of this formation was to conceal the red box, and negate the characterises of convergence of similar Sequence characteristics. He also made the Red Box firmly attached to the ground, and it couldn't be lifted by anyone with a trace of spiritual power, that is it could be only lifted by a mortal, who he was confident in taking possession of even if he sealed himself in the box.

In case a demigod or above discovered the red box and forcefully dislodged it, it would send a huge energy surge, which could be detected for miles. The churches would undoubtedly win the box then, and he hoped he could negotiate with them using the information on the Red Angel and his descendants.

He then burned a power-boosting consumable item, and increased the abilities of a mystical item called the Coin of Wonders which he had gotten during his adventures, and wished for it to bring him a suitable mortal.

He then activated the formation and dived into the Red Castle, where there were measures he could use to maintain his current state.

Alvin sighed as he got up from the Dreamwalker's Throne. He had sat down on the Dreamwalker's Throne to seal the memories of the Mythical Form as soon as the Spectre died from the corrosion.

But as he did so, he activated the memory reading function of the throne and read all the memories of Frederik Brown, ever since he got selected to adventure outside the realm they were trapped in, to his eventual self-sealing.

He recalled everything in that 5 years span, and even if he forgot, he could easily recall them using the Dreamwalker's Throne now that he had seen it once.

The memories from before their mission, of the realm were not present, and the parts that were were extremely fuzzy. Alvin suspected that the same mystical item that planted the psychological cue on Frederick was used to also tamper with the memories of the secrets of the realm.

On the other hand, he almost completely digested the Pyromaniac potion, due to the memories of Frederick having digested it. He would probably also quickly digest the Conspirer and Reaper potion once he consumed them.

Finally, in his hands, was the Reaper Beyonder characteristic from Frederick. The ingredients for the Hunter Sequence were incredibly difficult to get other than the first two Sequences. This was because the Einhorn family of the Feysac Empire and the Parliament of Intis consisting of the members of the Intis Republic, were incredibly protective of the formula and ingredients for this pathway after Sequence 8. What remained would be aggressively taken by the Iron and Blood Cross Order. The Church of Evernight only had the formula for Pyromaniac as it inevitably come across it by chance during the long period it was in existence. But there were lower and lower chances like this in the higher Sequences.

Alvin only managed to get the ingredients for the Pyromaniac potion due to the raid on the Zmanger Gang, which had a backer probably Intis. If Bakerland knew he had a few ingredients of the Hunter Pathway, he would undoubtedly use the authority of Intis to take it back, just as he did for all the Beyonder characterises taken by the Nighthawks.

The guy with the title of Strongest Hunter, Anderson Hood, for example, was still in Sequence 5 dispute disgusting the potion, for the want of ingredients and formula. He was only able to advance later due to Klein providing the formula he saw in the Card of Blasphemy, and Adam providing the main ingredients.

Now, Alvin had one of the main ingredients for the Conspirer potion, but he could very well be unable to obtain the other ingredient for a long time. The formula too was unknown to him, as Frederick had been directly given the potion after it was created. He guessed he would be stuck in Sequence 7 long after he finished digesting the potion.

In such a circumstance, it seemed very tempting to use the Reaper characteristic from Frederick to advance to Sequence 5 after he finished digesting the Conspirer potion, as he knew the ritual and supplementary ingredients. Also, due to him having Frederick's memories, he could digest the Reaper characteristic and the other extra characterises of the previous Sequence quite fast and easily. But it came with a problem attached.

The glass orb meant to detect Frederick after he took over his body could probably detect him if he advanced to Sequence 5 using this element, with the benefit of hearing the analysis of the glass bead, knew how it was created. In the various tests for selecting the 4 candidates, there was a so-called 'willpower' test, whose premise was that the candidates were induced to lose control with a 'mystical item' and to be successful, you had to use your 'willpower to resist the 'mystical item'
