2 Fragile stability.

Everyone was surprised, in different parts of the world speaking different languages, the same message appeared, written in the same way, but everyone understood it.

The earthlings woke up from their paralysis, and another message appeared:

Of course, it didn't take long for this to spread all over the world, it was extremely important news and everyone speculated that it was going to happen.

The speculations did not last long, because only a few hours later, they finally appeared from this strange energy. Monsters began to emerge, luckily the reaction of humanity was quick, but even so, there were significant numbers of casualties.

The worst, it was not known in which of these portals various monsters would appear or when.

After the monsters came out, the portals usually disappeared...trying to enter before the monsters came out was tried, but initially it wasn't a good option, those who tried it were damaged even before entering.

But there was something good about all this, the ones that killed the monsters, increased their experience, a new feature that everyone could access from the system. And by leveling up, when their experience reached a certain number, they gained stat points which helped humans get stronger.

Those who leveled up could enter the portals, and kill the monsters inside. They weren't that affected by the power of the portal or the "world on the other side". Therefore, they could enter the portals.

When the strengthening by killing monsters was made public, many wanted to kill monsters. However, the army took care not to allow this, since it was very risky, they only began to train volunteers, but without letting them act immediately. Only those truly capable were allowed to fight.

They all learned to use the system as if it was something natural that they were born with, they already knew what they could use it for and what to do. It had many features, but by the time the synchronization with the planet occurred, everyone knew the basics of it.

They even knew how to speak a new language as if they had used it all their lives.

This brought changes and problems all over the world. For example, translators almost without notice lost their jobs.

4 beings appeared in the world; the Elemental King of Wind went to America; the Elemental King of Water went to Oceania; the Elemental King of Earth went between Europe and Asia; the Elemental King of Fire went to Africa.

These beings quickly exterminated millions of humans, the consequences were terrible. Humanity, of course ignored the system's warning, tested thousands of weapons before finally deciding to use nuclear bombs, and used them one at a time, taking time between bombs...

This was the worst decision they made, when it was the fourth elemental's turn, the world was already contaminated and destroyed, the countries tried to save as many civilian lives as possible, taking them to various bunkers.

But they did not expect these beings to be more intelligent than the previous ones. They decided to leave the wind elemental last since this was the least lethal but it took a long time, this being saw his brothers die and for each brother he was angrier...

When they finally dropped the bomb aimed at him, he defended himself and ended up sending the bomb back to his country, the United States, and ended up devastating all of North America.

After that, another bomb was sent, considering that great ability to control the wind and preparing countermeasures, this time it was successful, but America was devastated.

Especially North America, they were the ones who launched the first nuclear bomb, experimenting first with the fire elemental, afraid to drop a nuclear bomb near themselves.

But taking time to kill the one they had nearby was worse for them. The Elemental King of Wind wasn't inoffensive.

They hoped to attract the monster to South America and take the main damage there, but the monster attacked them... South America, on the other hand, didn't suffer as much damage.

Although the other bombs worked, the other continents weren't much better...

Africa was one of those that suffered the most, the blazing fire was terrible, and here was the first target of the nuclear weapons.

Although it should have received less damage due to the "quick" response, actually after debating and making decisions, it was already too late, the fire spread fast and everything was burned.

There were no places to shelter from nuclear bombs, and almost the entire continent was wiped out.

This monster even took a while to die since the fire didn't hurt it...

Oceania was flooded and if this continued it was going to be a real Atlantis, luckily the floods did not reach that point, but the damage was massive, people could no longer get out without boats and many drowned...

Both Europe and Asia had impressive earthquakes, rains of stones and new mountains. There were also parts that were attacked by the King of Water, these beings did not know our division of the territories and of course, they did not care.

Even so, these two continents were the ones that best survived the disaster.

China and Russia were the centers of attention for the two elemental kings there, keeping the damage from other sectors quite low compared to the rest of the world.
