Betrayal

Doomsday was standing in front of the window of the ship. He was looking in the deep of space with his arm crossed. Not far from him was Ashaosi who right now was hesitating whether or not to approach him.

"What do you want?" Doomsday ask.

Getting closer to him she gathered the courage to ask him. "Lord was Darkseid stronger than you."

Frowning Doomsday asks "Why do you ask?."

"Using the camera of the ship I saw you guys getting ready to fight but you did not do it."

"... The truth is we are currently equal but our next meeting will be very different."

"But you say that your goal is to find new ways of dying."

"True, but if I had fought with him I wouldn't have gained the Shaper"

"But you would have gotten stronger. what use is he to you?."

Doomsday smiles "Do you know what the ability of the Shaper is?"

"No, my Lord"

"He has the ability to see through the nature of people."

"I don't understand my Lord"

"Follow me," Doomsday says as he walks in the Med Bay. In the room was the Shaper and his daughter talking. After the Sharper accepted his offer he had freed her under his plea.

"What do you want?" Ashaosi said as she took a defensive position in front of her dad.

"Have you informed her about our agreement? " Doomsday asked.

"Yes, but she hadn't accepted it yet."

"Father," She suddenly yelled, "how can you work with this monster he destroyed…"

"I know already, Now be quiet." Hearing him, she backed down as her father had never yelled at her or cursed.

Taking a deep breath he looked back at Doomsday. "How may I help you?"

Putting his arm behind Ashaosi he pushes her forward "I want you to use your ability on her."

Nobbing, the Shaper.bring his hand up toward Ashaosi, while his daughter click her tongue while looking away, angry that her dad was working for the same being that destroyed their planet

"I want to know her allegiance toward me."

"You bring her great fear…but even so, she has an unhealthy amount of loyalty toward you." By the Sharper word, it seems that Ashaosi had developed a version of Stockholm syndrome.

"That is actually surprising...Shaper are you by any chance you lying to me?"

"My Lord, my allegiance toward you is absolut" Ashosi said in a firm tone while half-kneeling. But Doomsday ignores her while still looking at the Shaper.

"I wouldn't dare to lie."

After staring at him for a few seconds Doomsday decided to believe him. "So back to the subject, with the use of his ability, we can discover anyone that let say for example plan to betray me.

"...About that my Lord."

"What?"

"I received a call…"

"And"

"Someone wanted me to betray you by leaving you on the planet."

Hours Later

Their ship had finally arrived at krypton. As soon as the door was open they were greeted with an excited Bertron.

Lord, I wish your mission was …

"Spare me the chit chat, gather everyone we need to have a talk." After walking in he immediately walked toward the lab, the place where they all first meet.

Doomsday was standing in the middle of the room with his arms cross and eyes close. With every second that went by more and more people were walking in the room.Walking out of the crowd Bertron walked closer to Doomsday. "Everyone has been gathered here."

"Great" Doomsday responded, while still keeping his eyes closed. "Bring him in."

Under his order, Ashaosi walked in fallow by The Shaper and Karreev.

Opening his eyes you could see boundless anger and killing intent. "Today...I was informed that someone had betrayed me. Unlucky for that person, he failed, and even worse for that person during my short trip I have gained the resource to identify anyone that plans to betray me. Shaper, work your magic."

As the shaper brings his hand up to use his ability, Ashaosi pulls out a gun while looking at the crowd coldly.
