Chapter 12: Hansu Seong is Angry

Suho Kang's Point of View

"Are you sure they'll keep their word?" Hansol asked, walking slightly backwards.

"Yes, Wang may be a gangster but he's from the old school," I said, turning towards her.

During our confrontation with Cheonwoong, Rira Seo and Hansol were useless.

I would be lying if I said I expected anything else from them there. I had decided to bring them with me to show them the kinds of things they'll often have to face if they decide to fully follow me.

I was rather pleasantly surprised by PNG's performance, I should call him by his name from now on.

After all, he's no longer a random but a member of my group.

"Myeong-seong," I said, turning towards him.

"Yes!" he said, slightly surprised. It seems he's used to me calling him PNG.

"You did a good job back there. You should come train with me often," I said, giving him the address of Hansu's dojang.

I was ready to invest in him despite his bad nature, but I think he won't betray me as long as I'm stronger than him.

That's how people like him work, as long as the group's leader is competent and strong, he'll submit but otherwise...

"For now, our organization is too weak," I muttered, looking at the road before crossing it. I had put my high school jacket back on to hide the blood stains on my shirt.

I'm not as crazy as Gitae Kim to walk around with visible blood on me.

"Hansol, I'd like your help finding a certain Joonwoo. I think he must be at your school," I said, turning towards her.

"You mean that disgusting loser?" she said with a slightly disgusted look on her face.

It seems the plot of "The Girl from Random Chatting!" has started or is about to start.

"Yes, I'm talking about him," I said calmly.

At my words, Hansol made a disgusted expression but quickly regained her composure.

I can understand Hansol's look of disgust at the mention of Joonwoo, the guy literally embodies everything she hates.

But I need to recruit competent people right now and despite his many flaws, Joonwoo is clearly a competent person.

Otherwise, he wouldn't have destroyed Myeong-seong's organization in the manhwa.

The only problem is that he'll need training to reach the level he showed after breaking up with his girlfriend in the manhwa or better than that.

"Myeong-seong, I'd also like you to mobilize all members without exception from the Ghost Troop," I declared, turning towards him.

"I want you to find a guy named Gyeongchun Rim," I said, mentally congratulating myself for being able to remember his name.

The truth is, I've forgotten countless Korean names linked to PTJ and I'm currently worried about those linked to other manhwas.

I could foolishly miss out on an incredible person.

"Is this person that important?" Myeong-seong calmly asked, clearly intrigued.

"He'll be an important asset for me and the phantom troupe, if I manage to convince him to follow me but don't forget," I said, looking him in the eye.

"Don't confront him under any circumstances. If he doesn't want to follow you, then give him my number while baiting him with money," I explained.

I continued to discuss troop-related matters with Myeong-seong and Hansol. Rira Seo remained silent, observing us.

It seems she had started to feel left out. I only hope this frustration will push her to seek strength.

...

Hansu Seong's Point of View

"Your brat broke both my son's legs," a woman yelled, pointing a finger at me.

"I'm sure Suho had a good reason. I'd like to hear his version of the story," I said, trying to keep my calm in the face of this creature disguised as a woman.

"Mr. Hansu Seong, Suho has been temporarily expelled from the establishment while we settle this matter," the slightly tired principal declared.

It seems he too could no longer stand this screeching monkey.

"I understand, I'll pay for your son's hospital fees..." I wanted to make an amicable proposal but unfortunately, she interrupted me.

"I don't care about your money, I can afford the best doctors for my son," she declared in a loud voice.

"Then what do you suggest?" I said, trying to keep my patience.

"I want him to be permanently expelled or for the police to handle this," she said firmly.

She seemed closed off to any other proposal.

"Ma'am, Suho Kang is still very young and I don't think the police will give him a punishment fitting your wishes since he's never had any official trouble or issues at school until now," the principal declared.

"Then what do you suggest?" she asked, crossing her arms.

"I suggest that Mr. Hansu Seong can give you compensation for the medical treatment and promise that this kind of thing won't happen again," the principal declared, hoping the woman could make concessions.

"But my son is in a wheelchair right now and for my part, I'm going to file a complaint against you, sir, and you too, incompetent principal," she said as she left.

"She has quite a temper," I said, adjusting my glasses.

"Indeed, but please, Mr. Hansu, I suggest you have a good conversation with Suho Kang," he said, giving me his full attention.

"I wouldn't want a student like him to become a delinquent," he added with a sigh.

"I understand, and sorry again for the disturbance," I said as I left the office.

I'm going to have to talk frankly with this kid, he's been more uncontrollable than usual lately.

...

"I'm home," Suho's voice echoed down the hallway.

"I was waiting to discuss the incident at school since you weren't home, but tell me one thing," I said in a slightly angry tone despite trying to control myself.

"Why do I smell blood on you?" I asked, restraining myself from kicking this kid's ass right then and there.

...

Joonwoo Choi's Point of View

"Damn school, damn Taeyang Lee," I said, throwing my stuff into my room.

I really do sometimes think about just dying, but I'm too much of a coward to take action.

"This is really one of the worst days of my life or just the worst. I was even humiliated in front of Seungah Yoon," I mumbled into my bed sheets.

*Ding* The sound of notifications.

"A message from an app admin," I said in surprise.

According to its content, they wanted to meet me to help them with some kind of survey.

"It's probably an online scam but they say they'll delete my account if I don't help them."

I could only frown at this news.

"I have nothing to lose anyway, my situation can't get any worse, can it?" I sighed in front of my phone.

I ended up going to sleep early that night, without having dinner or noticing Seungah Yoon's messages.
