Two months had passed quickly.

For the students of J High, it had been a very troubled time, with countless fights against the members of the Hostel and their alliances.

Daniel Park had changed significantly during this period, becoming, in both of his bodies, an even more confident person, especially when it came to fighting.

In a way, everyone at J High had changed over this short period of time.

Only time could tell whether this change had been for the better.

But among all those known as the "fighters" at J High, there was one who hadn't shown up for some time.

Lohan Park.

His disappearance was noticed by most of the students, after all, since defeating Logan Lee, he had become quite well known among the students.

His classmates, being the first to notice his disappearance, couldn't help but worry. Lohan, despite knowing how to fight, didn't get into constant fights like Logan, or belittle either of them.

In fact, many of the students in the comics and manga department had been saved from bullies by the boy, who chased them away with just a single glance.

Although some of them saw him only as a protection for their class, others felt indebted and could sincerely worry about his lack of presence.

"Lohan Park?" In the teachers' lounge, a teacher asked with confusion when he turned to see two students from the manga department standing in front of him. "I know who the boy is. Do you want to know why he's absent from class? What are you? Friends of his?"

The girl who had asked Lohan to hit Logan scratched the back of her head when she heard the question, before finally answering it.

"You could say that. We're just worried, since he hasn't been in class for a while."

The teacher stared at them for a moment, before sighing and turning to grab a file from his desk drawer.

"Two months ago, we received a message from the boy's guardian. Apparently, he had to make a trip to his hometown due to family problems." The students looked relieved for a moment, and the teacher couldn't help noticing. "Don't worry, he won't be expelled or anything. The school has decided to keep him enrolled, as long as he keeps up his studies during the time he's away."

"We understand, thank you very much, Teacher." Thanking him, the girl turned around with the boy, another student from the manga department, in tow.

"You're welcome." Seeing the two students disappear from view, the teacher rolled his eyes as he turned back to his computer screen. "Those kids..."

.

"I knew it was no big deal! He just went to visit his family!" The boy, who was walking down the corridor next to the girl, seemed annoyed that they had gone to the boardroom just to ask about Lohan.

"Can you blame me for worrying? He disappeared right after Logan was arrested. What if that fat man had escaped and sought revenge?" She simply replied, without looking away.

The boy sighed as he listened to her. "Well, I'm sure asking a teacher wouldn't help at all, if that were the case."

"Shut up."

As the two of them walked through the corridors, Jace Park, who had just come out of the bathroom, couldn't help overhearing the conversation. He couldn't help it, after all, he had big ears...

Lohan Park was a complex subject for him. Ever since the boy had stopped coming to school in the first week, Jace had been immediately worried, after all, his school had been in the Hostel's sights ever since they had dealt with Runaway Farm.

So he decided to start an investigation to find out Lohan's whereabouts.

It wasn't difficult to gather information, all he had to do was sneak into the school at night to get his target's documents and find out his address. Nothing illegal, of course.

Having this knowledge, Jace moved the next day to Lohan's house.

It was quite disheartening to see the state of his apartment the moment he pushed open the broken entrance door, which was closed only because of an umbrella on the floor.

Walking around the place for a moment, it wasn't hard to deduce that a fight had taken place there, if the broken furniture and some bloodstains on the floor were a solid enough indication.

Knowing this, Jace tried to find any clue that would lead him to Lohan's current location, but ended up finding nothing else.

He still looked for his colleague for a few weeks, but not being able to get very far, he just decided to let it go. Even though the two had only known each other for a short time, he feared for his safety, after all, the last thing he wanted was for Lohan to have been seriously injured as a result of the fight between J High and the Hostels.

But for now, Jace had more important things to worry about.

Because he had a date!

Turning around, Jace's expression turned silly as rays of joy were expelled from his head, the boy so immersed in his own thoughts that he didn't even notice the presence of a tired-looking adult man walking past him while holding what looked like countless missing persons posters.

"Excuse me, have you seen this girl? She's my daughter! Her name is Jasmine, and she hasn't been home for over a month!"

Approaching some students, the man became increasingly depressed when he received the same answers.

"Sorry, we don't know you."

"Sorry, I didn't see her."

"Get out of here, old man! What the hell are you doing in school?"

He felt increasingly discouraged, but when he stopped in front of the door to the fashion department, he seemed invigorated, before opening the door and stepping inside.

"Sir, you shouldn't be here!"

But before he could fully enter the room, two students grabbed him and tried to push him out.

"Please! Just five minutes! That's all I ask!"

He tried to plead, but the two students seemed unfazed as they slowly ushered him out of the room.

But that didn't stop him from talking as he waved the poster with his daughter's face on it.

"You're Jasmine's friends, aren't you? Can you tell me when you last spoke to her?" When the murmurs started, the man just carried on talking regardless. "Did she say anything to you before she ran away?"

"Even if you've only seen someone similar, that's enough! Please, I beg you!"

At this point, the two students finally let him go, allowing the man to kneel down the instant he heard from them what his daughter had done earlier, posing as other students and selling underwear.

"I'm sorry!"

Daniel Park, who saw the man kneel down and start begging them to forgive the girl, frowned as the image of his mother came to mind.

It looked like the end of the Hostel was coming.

.

"Damn, it's been a while since I've enjoyed the warmth of the sun properly."

In the busy streets of the city center, a figure wearing a sweatshirt walked quietly through the crowd of people, a small smile on his lips, which caught the attention of most of the girls he passed.

"How long has it been? Two months? Damn, it seemed like forever.

I hope I'm not too late."

Putting on his hood, his orange eyes stood out and his smile was nowhere to be seen.

"Sorry for taking so long. I'm coming, Eli."
