But damn these fodders are more smart that i though, i should not confuse this reality to manhwas.

looking at these fools running away i was pretty speechless, tis didn't go like the script. "Hahh.. Anyway this is not my problem anymore. i'm kinda hungry tho." i realized that my hunger increased a little thanks to becoming stronger, okay, that's decided.

"I'm going to eat something." after saying this to myself i immediately directed myself towards a simple fast food. 

(20 minutes later...)

"Haaahh, I'm full hehe" I said idioticaly outside of the buiding causing the nearby people giving me a weird look, especialy a lil kid was pointing at me and said "Mom why is that guy black? and why is he beaving like a cartoon?" the mother looked at me with pity and responded to her son "Mike, in this world there are mentally callenged people, and he is one of them" I was shocked! WTF!!?? Naah i'm not letting this slide, so i walked toward them an looked at the child.

"First i'm not mentally callenged, second i'm black because i have more melani-" but before i could continue my explanation Mike interrupted me "And why you couldn't choose a better color? Why Black?" he asked with disappointment.

"Wow" i was incredulous, so i just decided to take the L and go away..

I found myself in front of the training gear shop and i entered inside seing a hall full of training gear and machines. A clerk walked towards me and i noted that she was a petite woman of brown skin, problably a somali. Beatifull, i like petite and feminine women.

"Welcome to Bufalo gear shop, how can i help you?" she greeted me with a professional smile and asked.

"Hi, I need equipment to train at home such as different weights, a pull up bar and a training mat, with various vitamins. Oh do you have recipes for high calorie foods? " i listed my needs, she showed happines probably for the commision she will recieve.

"Yes! we have the items you need and even the books with the recipes. Come this way" She lead me towards the reception table and listed my order.

For next 30 minutes i compiled the necessary documents and i choosed the various equipments. nothing exaggerated, i purchased some dumbells too, everything will be shipped to my house.

After exiting the building a small tear descended on my cheek, I've finished all my savings, and only a little portion remained. Hahh, i guess some gangs will disappear in the next days.

I returned home and immediately started the computer, now it's time to learn. The first things i wanted to learn where the correct ways to train and gain the best results with a strong foundation, so stretching, alimentation, running, and the correct postures.

Oh yeah and the anatomy of humans down to the details, how this functions and what happen if i do that ecc, and all the breathing lessons i coud find, i needed to have extensive knowledge of mathematics and every subject. With Flow State, it was a walk in the park.

And now that I've learned how breathing works, let me tell you it's a fucking cheat! No wonder on demon slayer the Hashiras were able to contend with demons.

Durability: Proper breathing helps your body handle stress more efficiently, both physically and mentally. This resilience enables you to endure longer and push through challenges with greater endurance and stamina.

I spend an entire 3 hours to reach a complete understanding of the human body and knowledge to train it most optically. With the Flow i can pick some random fodders and train him or her and turning them into qualified fighters.

*Ding dong* oh that's the delivery, just in time so i can start training.

(20 minutes later..)

Two men come and i helped them set up everyting.

"Hahhh finaly. I can begin. But first.. Status!" I wanted to se my current stats.

I've gained a new ability, well I'm not surprised. Okay let's begin.

The first thing i did was to change my clothes into a sportwear and exited outside for a run around the block. I did this to prepare my muscles and warm up, after i runned for like 10 km i still wasn't that tired thanks to my correct breathing, what an useful ability.

I stopped in front of my condominium and returned home, for the stretching set. What i did was simple, i pressed my limits, at the beginning it hurt like grazy and i was so robotic but the more i did the exercises the easier it become.

I did nearly every single stretching exercise, for my legs, arms, hands, neck, and one of the most importants, the joints, since i want to have an iron body, i need to be extremely flexible.

After two hours, my body was so flexible that if a random person saw me would thought that i did that since i was a child.

My Vitality stat increased to 10% that's good.

After the stretching set i begun with the classic, i trained my whole body, like push up, pull up, sit up and others, but with the weights to failure, rest and i did it again, and when it became a little easier i doubled the weights. And continued like this.

Yeah i didn't forget to eat, so i utilized YouTube for tutorial about cooking and had a blast.

Good right? I know that my defense is lower but all i did was train my muscles, and watched some mma videos. So my defense couldn't grow more, i need to fight to become stronger, because experience has a major role in the victory of figths, so i will problably unify my school but first i need to know the situation. 

All the weights that i uses are useless now, so i utilized them like punching bags, it hurt as fuck at the beginning. But my body adapted and now i can punch steel and slightly crack it. A progress.

"Tomorrow the school begins and i hope i will not have too much drama and fights."
