Mystic Isles
A beautiful world called the Mystic Isles where all kinds of creatures live. Every creature has their own Isle, like the Isle of the Dragon's, Elf, Fairies, Mermaids etc. In each Isle there's the upper realm and the lower realm. The upper realm is where all the strongest creatures live while the lower realm is where the average creatures live.

The Golden Dragon is a legendary Dragon in the cultivation world. They are half humans and half Dragon's. If a Golden Dragon is born, every where he goes he will be called the emperor; Even the emperors will have bow to the Dragon, no matter the Dragon's size or age.
This is all a place where no one knows exits, way down in the human world. The people in this world only heard of Dragons and elves from books and stories while they believe its all a myth but its really a different world way above the clouds. The mystical creatures wear some kind of mask to hide their immense power if they're going to come down to the human world.

WuQin Empire is a very large Empire that the population of people seem to increase as days go by. The Empire is ruled by Emperor Ping Yu Who ruled with an iron fist. WuTan is a kingdom inside the WuQin empire which is ruled by King Dao.

The Xu residence
The Xu residence looks like a lovely and happy house but inside, the house Is always noisy as the concubines children don't get along with the Wife's children.
" Xu Chao let go! I Found this pearl for my brother so that he can start his cultivation. It doesn't belong to you, let go!" Xu Xinyi said. The male lead's adorable sister.
" You thief! You stole it from me. I was the one that kept it there, in the river. Let go you thief"
The boy growled in anger and he tried to beat the girl.
" Enough!" Shouted a powerful and scary voice. It scared the fighting children to the core which made them clammed their mouths shut.

" Father. Xinyi stole this pearl from me and because I'm a concubine's son, she wanted to take it away from me by force" The boy said as he started sobbing with crocodile tears.
" That's not true! He is lying, he stole it from me!" The girl tried to defend her self but then her father slapped her. Marking a handprint on her cute face.
" How dare you talk to him like this. He is older than you! Your just eight and he's ten, you should respect him or I will make you and your useless mother face the consequences"
"But--" When she tried to talk another slap landed on her face. The father ignored his daughter and looked at his bastard of a son who was smiling in joy inwardly and said with warmth In his eyes
" Son I'm sorry. I give you permission to beat her up whenever she disrespects you" He then turn towards the girl again and continued " She is just a brat that has been spoiled by that woman. She has no respect for her elders, you should punish her how ever you like. Let's go" He said mercilessly as if she isn't his own blood.
The father and son duo left her there but the boy turns his head and look at her as he smirked before leaving.
The girl watch them as she was on the verge of crying before running away to go to her lovingly and caring mother and brother.
She was running as fast as possible towards their shabby and old place they called home. She saw her mother who looks three times her age because of malnutrition, sweeping the floor. The father doesn't provide them with enough food and the food is also not fresh for a person to have a health meal. Mother Xu was busy sweeping the floor as she heard loud and fast footsteps coming her way. She stopped sweeping and turned her head to look at the person, but then she was suddenly hugged tightly before she could even react. By her one and only daughter.
" What's wrong honey?" Mother Xu asked worriedly
" Mom... It's father. He is such a bad man, Mom. That Xu Chao stole a pearl that I found in a lake inside the forest. I was going to give it to brother as his congratulation gift after his test but that son of a biscuit stole it from me" she Said while sobbing as she continued " I wanted brother to exchange the pearl so that he can buy elixirs or those rear herbs so that he can use it to cultivate faster, if the test is a success" A child will take a test at the capital at the age of ten So that he/she will know what kind of element he/she possess
" Honey... Shh... There, there" Mother Xu tried to console her daughter as she has nothing to do about what happened.
