Unanswered questions and weird egg

"Now is time to find the only city I can go to right now. There, I will try to find out more informations about this world and seek oportunities to become stronger. In fact till now my power seems to be impracticial, at least in early stages. What can i do is only add some effects to a spear and only good trait is I can stay alive as long as my head is still intact. But if I encounter someone even slightly stronger then he can kill me like an ant. I need to find a way to use my power more than just making some little changes in weapons. This skill is practical but not very usefull. And what I'm wondering about is since when my magic touches others it makes them rot even after death then why I am not like this? And what is needed to change someone into my udead? I didn't found answers to these questions. Another thing is how can i become more powerfull? After I killed five people of my tribe it was still a little power up but should I really slaughter everyone to make my spear stronger a little?" Since Philip had nothing to do and needed to just go straight for some time he as well could use it to think. "City should be around three days of journey from here. Maybe I will get some inspirations about my future in it. I already created new skill but it's another supporting one wich won't help me much for now. Another problem is how to make money, probably there is nothing for free, even the simplest informations. Should I just hunt some animals down and bring them inside to sell? But how can people in this world not be able to hunt themselves?It's certainly an option to try out but I think my efforts won't give me much. Maybe there is something like area there but what should I tell people my power is? Maybe I will try to put my new skil as my "main" one? But how can I be sure there is onr like this? There is so many uncertainities. I can only think about it later." Philip decided to put aside these matters and just follow path that he should but suddenly he felt some weird force. Philip walked and walked for a good while passing through the forest untill he saw a big cave with slaves digging close to it. They seemed to be with some kind of restriction on them that was blocking their magic. There was only one person supervising them and he seemed to be pretty violent wich can be seen because even if slave looks once at him he will be beaten for a good while. After checking situation for a while Philip decided to come closer to this familiar feeling. He used concealment method he got from these fishes that caused him to bleed to death. He came close to supervisor and killed him with one attack. Why supervisor didn't notice anything? What's possibility that someone will try to take your life while you are just doing your job? After seeing their supervsor dead slaves were happy but before they could enjoy their freedom they started to die one by one just like their supervisor. What cna a person without a weapon do? Tring to fight with a pickaxe won't be a good move and evryone was dazed so they didn't team up. After killing them all Philip found that Familiar feeling was coming from a hole made in one of the walls. There seemed to be nothing inside but if someone put a hand little more up he would find something weird here. It was an egg.
