The moment I reached the church, the first thing that greeted me was silence.
Since Hestia is working as a part-timer(?) in her own peddler station, there wasn't anyone aside from me here.
And since I was pretty tired, even with the rest, I got in the dungeon. I decided to sleep a bit to relieve this exhaustion.
Aside from the physical fatigue I accumulated, I am also tired mentally since diving into the dungeon takes a tool on the mind too.
With that, I decided to go to bed and sleep.
Now that we don't have a shower or something like that in this abandoned church, so I need to find a bathhouse or something to get cleaned.
The moment I put my head on the pillow, all the fatigue I had accumulated made me lose consciousness, and I delved into sleep.

"Wayne-kun, Wayne-kun, are you here?"
After sleeping for how long, I don't know, and I heard Hestia's voice in the church.
It looks like she finally came here.
The moment I heard Hestia's voice, the feeling of anticipation aroused inside me instantly.

I replied to her and got up from the bed. Since I didn't want to sleep with the clothes I used while adventuring, I took them off, so right now, I don't have anything on me as clothing aside from my underwear.
And it looks like I should have put some clothes on me before sleeping, or I shouldn't have gotten out of bed.
Since Hestia is right in front of me, looking at my bare body with a bewildered expression on her face.
Well, I am not that comfortable with showing my body to others either, so I grabbed my t-shirt and put that on myself with the speed of light.
Since the atmosphere got a bit awkward, and Hestia's blush didn't help it either, I decided to start a conversation.
"Hello, kami-sama. When did you come here?"
"Ah, I just came home. How was your first day in the dungeon, Wayne-kun? Have you been injured anywhere? How many floors did you explore? How many monsters did you kill? I was super worried, you know. I first checked miss Eina in the guild to see if you come back to the guild, and she said you didn't. After that, I waited a bit in the guild but seeing you were not coming, I got panicked and rushed here to see if you come home. It looks like I was right. You mustn't make people who care about you, you know."
She said, bombarding me with questions.
It looks like she was also anxious about me going to the dungeon. It really feels like a family with her right now.
But let's not deviate from the topic too much.
"Kami-sama, slowly, can you ask me the questions you want to ask one by one? I can't answer them all at the same time, you know. Even just a second later, I already forgot some of them."
"Ah, you are right; it was my bad. I got excited a bit too much just now. Then, are you injured anywhere?"

She asked while squinting her eyes a bit.
And, since the gods can tell when the mortals are lying or not, I can't tell I didn't go to the second floor to her directly, but that doesn't mean there are no other ways to say that.
"Well, I went to the first floor and fought with goblins and kobolds here. They were pretty easy, you know. Although some of them were strong, generally, I could fight them even head-on."
Yes, the best way to make someone believe your words without lying is to change the subject. That way, the other person will momentarily forget what he was asking, and even if they remember, it will be a bit late for confirmation.
"Ho, so you are saying the goblins were easy. I don't know about you, but most of the adventurers would vomit blood if they heard you say that as a newbie adventurer on his first day."
Hestia said with a smug grin on her face. It looks like she is happy that I am here with my body intact right now.
I got a playful smirk on my face as well.
"If they can even beat some goblins, then they should really vomit blood; they were really easy."
I said that, but it is not like I really think like that. I understand how normal adventurers operate, so I am not the kind of person who forgets his or her origins just because he got a bit successful.
Most of them also do not have the same amount of combat experience as me at the beginning since I am quite proficient in close combat, thanks to my other self.
But seeing me talking this lightly about the dungeon, Hestia's worries will be lessened, and this is the thing I want to achieve.
I don't want my goddess to be some sort of stressed worker; I just want her to be happy.
I heard Hestia giggling; it looked like I was a bit successful at making her relieve the stress.
"If it was that easy, then show me how many stones you have right now?"
Since I was expecting something like this to happen, I bought a bag from a nearby shop at the entrance of the dungeon and put all of my magical stones in it when I reached home.
"Okay, wait a bit; I will bring my bag here."
With that, I went to take my bag upstairs since I had left it there.
After returning with my bag, I directly spilled all of the magic stones on the floor to count them since even I didn't count them after reaching home.
However, there must be at least 60 magic stones here since this is the least amount I killed, I presume.
I must give my thanks to Ais-san later since while she was helping me, she didn't loot any of the magic stones left from my last rampage and gave all of them to me.
And after spilling all of the magic stones here, Hestia's eyeballs skyrocketed. It looks like she wasn't expecting this many magic stones, either.
Although I said I was expecting 60 magic stones, that doesn't mean seeing them on the real didn't affect me.
Even I was surprised, so I think it is normal for Hestia to be surprised too.
And seeing the judging look, she is giving me right now. I can safely say that she is mad.
"Wayne-kun, did you really not put your life in danger? There is no way you can get this many stones without risking your life."
Well, I did put my life in danger, but it was because of the system.
If it didn't urge me to go to the fourth floor, I wouldn't try to go there, but there is nothing I can do right now.
"Well, the moment I stepped up into the dungeon, I felt it was targeting me. I don't know if that was correct, but I certainly had more enemies than a normal newbie. This is why I got this many magic stones; since there were more enemies, I just killed them. And don't worry, I hadn't been injured very deeply or critically, so my life wasn't in danger as much as you expected."
I said to her while reassuring her in the process. Well, it is not like I can be an adventurer while trying to be safe all the time. That would limit my growth too much.
"Ah, what will I do with you if you are like this just on the first day?"
She said while putting her hand on her forehead.
But it looks like she is still happy inside.
"But, just how many monsters did you kill on your first day? Let's count the magic stones here first."
With that said, we started counting the magic stones, and as I expected, there were 62 magic stones.
After counting them, we decided to update my status, which is the thing I am expecting the most.
"Then, let's update your status, Wayne-kun; I am excited to see how much you have grown today."
"Yes, I can't wait too, Kami-sama; please hurry."
With that, I took my shirt off, and Hestia put the droplet of her blood on my back…
