The Loner - Dungeon "Man Eater"

Hunter(A): Oh, it is labyrinth type dungeon. It gonna be interesting. Fellas.

Hunter(B): Shit. my profession is long-rang archer, this is the worse environment for me to possibly in.

Hunter(C): Ok, leader and I will be on the front. You and the mage or whatever guy come to rear. You support guys as well buff us with whatever spell you got.

Hunter(D, E): .....

Team Leader: I heard that this dungeon is very difficult. So, we have to be careful, stick together if you don't wanna die. "Porter!" Stay in the back and do as I goddam say. Got it?"

Porter(A, B): Yes. Alright.

Daniel:.......

Hunter(B): Stay alert! I heard something in front of us.

"Wait, how the fuck you hear that?"

Hunter(B): One of my skills is, "sensitive hearing(D-), I can hear sound from the far away like dogs"

"Damn, you should call that "Woof Hearing"?

Hunter(B): Stop your jokes. I am serious.

Kacha Kacha Kacha (metal striking sounds)

"Shit, it is undead worrier and other undead types"

<Undead worrier(D-) : born from the remain of the dead, some say that they are born when some evil spirit possessed the bodies without soul control and only hatred and guilt. They are usually classified as D- ranked monsters as they can use weapons and some of the skills of the host. But depending on the quality of the corpse, their rank varies.>

<Skeleton Worrier(E) : they are the remaining of the dead bodies buried under the ground of the dungeons, because of the surrounding magi, the skeleton become active and can use a few low-leveled skills, the bodies had learned in their past lives. As long as the living things appear, they become active and attack. Can use weapons like swords, axes and shield.>

<Skeleton Archer(E+) : they also born like skeleton worrier but unlike them, skeleton archer use bow and arrow as weapon. And again, they hate livings, and can use a few of the low-leveled skills.>

Hunter(B): "Multiple shoot(D-)"

She almost instantly shoot three arrows continuously. "Shit the arrow don't do much because they are undead type"

Hunter(A): "How many coming?"

Hunter(B): "May be around 20? it is dark so I can't see clearly or use my skill."

Hunter(E): "Light Ball(E)"

A ball of light appear from his hand and stand on top of the group. It continue to shine on top as small light lamp.

Hunter(B): I can see them, 1,5,10. 15,... total 26. 6 of them are undead worrier with long swords.

Hunter(A): Tell me, if they are 10 feet away from us.

Hunter(B): 3, 2, 1, Now!

Hunter(A): "Lightning Ball(D+)"

A ball of lightning appear from his hand as well strike the group of skeletons running towards him.

Only half of the skeletons are left while the rest crumble into broken pieces.

Hunter(B): Incoming arrows!

Hunter(C): "Dirt Wall(D-)"

A wall made from the dirt, come up from the ground stopping the advance of the arrow shot by skeleton archers.

Group leader: I gonna advance. "Strength of the buffalo(D+)"

He suddenly run forward and destroyed a remaining skeleton warriors with his shield. But, the undead worrier are quite hard to deal with.

"Fxxk, they are using some skills to strengthen their strength as well, I am tied down only 5 of them"

Undead Warrior: "Killllllllllllllllllllllll"

Hunter(D): "Light spike(C+)"

He created a needle made from light and they flew towards the undead exploding as soon as they touch the rotting flesh.

Hunter(C): "Fxxk, are you blined? I am fxxking standing here!"

Hunter(D): It won't harm you a lot, it just deal a lot of damage to the undead type monster. You will sting a little bit.

Group leader: "Guardian Anger(C+)"

He push down the undead one by one as they can't fight him in the mean of strength.

Hunter(A): "Damm, he squeeze the undead on the ground,?

Hunter(B): (look away)

Group Leader: "The fight is over! Porters, stop hiding in the back and collect the drops quickly".

Denial(thinking): Humn, it is strange, usually Rank(E) dungeon drop rate is less than this. Normally, the drop rate is usually, one lowest magi stone for every 3 skeleton warrior. Now, out of 26 monsters, we collect at least 12 lowest grade magi stones, and 2 low grade magi stones.

Porter(A,B) quickly hid three of the lowest grade magi stones in the pocket and Daniel noticed it but he didn't talk as he don't wanna get in trouble from both side.

Hunter chatting... ...

Hunter(B): If this dungeon is Rank(E), then why undead warrior is here. Usually only the boss is higher than the dungeon level right?

Hunter(A): More monsters, more cash. Baby right?

Hunter(C): I have no problem with that as long as I can handle it.

Group leader: Well, I know it is strange, But at least we got a good harvest, we will retreat if they are any higher level monster. Beside, we still have the porters, No? We can use them as scapegoat, what do you say? Deal?

Hunter (D, E): (silence).

Group leader: If we all agreed to this. Let's continue. Hey, porter, what do we get?

Daniel: I collected 15 lowest grade magi stones, 2 low grade magi stones.

Group leader: That's a lot. You sure, you don't miscalculate the numbers right? (stare...)

Daniel: No, somehow, this dungeon drop rate is higher than normal E ranked dungeon, I guess.

Group Leader: I see. (smile). That would be it. Oh, in next battle, we gonna busy a lot, so I want to collect as soon as the drop appear. You are the fastest in the porter and you have "Stamina Boost" as well right and also give your bags you are carrying to others. All I need is your speed.

Group leader: "Let's move on."

1 day later in the dungeon. (outside - 12 hours later)

Hunter(A): "Shit, I thought we could clear this dungeon within 36 hours"

Hunter(B): "We can't even go back, only choice to go into the center of the maze and clear the boss, and we have been battling with skeleton type monsters all day along, I am a little bit tired".

Hunter(C): Porter, How many stones have we collected so far?

Porter(A): Yes, Hunter-Nim. All together, we have 120 lowest grade magi stones and 6 low grade magi stones.

Hunter(C): (thinking) We have battle over 2 hundred of skeleton monster and the drop is not bad at all. But the undead worriers are the one that drop low grade and we can't encounter them that much since our first battle. That is thanks to that porter over there, he is fast and able to collect the drop calmly even in the mist of the battle.

Group Leader: We have collected a bit of magi stone. As per agreed, the hunter take 95% of the loot while the porter will take the rest 5% ok?

Daniel:(thinking) I am sure that they will share the low grade ones by themselves and the rest lowest grade ones, 5% means 6 out of 120 stones, 3 porters total so 2 stones each for each person. 12 hours of work is roughly about 600 USD not a bad income for a porter like me though.

Second day inside the dungeon,

"Fxxk, the monsters are rushing in, there are more than 60 of them" "Shit, how are I supposed to tank that?" "I need buff, supporters!"

Hunter D: "Temporary Blessing(D+)"

Hunter E: "Battle Cry(C-)"

Hunter A: "Chain Lightning(C-)"

Hunter B: "Explosive Enchanted(D+)"

Hunter C: "How am I supposed to tank all this incoming monsters while I am alone, Shit!" "Iron Wall Fortress(C)" "Come you money fxxkers, daddy will pound you in cash.

Hunter C: (thinking) My second powerful skill (Iron Wall Fortress can withstand any attack below monster Rank C, but while defending against D+ ranked monster it can only last 10 min at most, let's hope there will be no more undead warrior like monster here except from the boss.

After an exhausting battle, all 66 monsters have been eliminated.

Group leader: "Hurry up! Collect the rest of the drop" , Hey, porter kid, the fast one, come here, "How many did you collect during our fight?"

Daniel: The total of 28 lowest grade.

Group leader: "Good, give me 8 of them. You collected 20 lowest grade stone got it?"

Daniel: "What?"

Group leader: "Fxxk, here take one. You collected 20 lowest grade stone, got it? Do or Die, choose." and then he showed Daniel a hidden pocket knife hidden inside his shield. "You know how easy to kill someone inside a dungeon, right?"(whisper).

Daniel: Nod.. As he had no choice but to do as group leader if he want to keep his life intact.

Hunter(C): The drop had been less and less, we have encounter over 60 of them this time but only 22 collected by the porters.

Group Leader: No, guys, Here, this guy collected 20 stones while we are fighting. (friendly face). So, totally 42 stones, not a bad one. But it sure does dropping less and less.

Hunter(A): I have exhausted my MP, how many hours we have been inside this dungeon?

Hunter(B): Around a day and 4 hours. From outside, it look like 14 hours had passed.

Hunter(A): We can't sleep inside the dungeon, cause an ambush might happened. I really need to sleep to recover my MP. Also, this dungeon has very dim light. A best possible environment to ambush the prey, without the light ball i believe we might be in trouble.

Hunter(A): "Hey, supporter guy, how much longer can you maintained the light ball? Don't foul me, I know it need MP to maintain the spell like Light Ball"

Hunter(E): "You don't have to worry about it, I have enough MP."

Hunter(A): "Fxxk, whatever man."

Group leader: "Let's rest a bit, two mans guard the group each turn except for the light ball guys, if he doesn't need to rest that is."

The group decided to rest for a bit hours to recover their MP and from their fatigue. But little did they know that is inside the core of the dungeon, a boss monster is being controlled by the unknown item. "Bump bump" "bump Bump" "Bump Bump" . "My power are growing, but I need to eat more." "RISE MY GUARDIAN, bring me the delicious prey"

A group of solider rises from the pile of bones,

<Elite Skeleton Warrior(C): It is created from the remain of the high ranked hunter who died in the dungeon. They perform exactly the same as the owner of the bodies before death and possess the same skill set with a few exceptions like being weak to light attribute attack is one of them.>

<Skeleton Orc(C): It is created from the remain of the dead orc bodies, it doesn't composed skill but it's strong resistance to physical attack and great body and strength make him dangerous.>

<Skeleton Assassin(C-): It is created from the remain of the small goblin, which is half of human size. But don't underestimated them, as they can use on stealth skill. "Thief Foot(D+), which makes no sound to a human ears. They are on par with the Rank (C) hunter when attack in an ambush.>
