Denial: Wait, diamond card has additional privacy protection? Can you explain it to me in detail? 

Counter girl: Yes, diamond card has additional privacy setting in which there will no record of amount of your transaction or what items you trade. Only the fact that there is transaction between you and the other trader will be recorded, not only that only your username will be recorded as well. So, others not even us will know, what items you trade with or with what amount. Also, who buy the diamond card will be classified on a national level.

Lowest one goes for 150-200 USD in the hunter's market. Low tier one about 2000-2500 USD and mid one about 25000-30000 USD. To sell in the black market is too risky, too dangerous and there will obviously a leak about the seller information so I can't sell it on the black market.
