Blackened - part 2

The whole earth is silence and lightless as the sea being quiet before the intense storm ramming in. 

While the whole world's rule becomes to broken into pieces and mixed with unknown laws and rules of the entities, making the ultimate race between earth own's rule and those of other entities. 

Back to the present day, 

Denial: "Whuu, finally both of them are asleep after long hours of talking and eating, look like i have to do the dishes as well?" 

Both Annie and Sera fell asleep after eating their tummy filled. 

Denial: "Damn, thank god, Annie seems to be okay with Sera living with us otherwise I also have to think about where Sera can stay?' 

Scutum: "My lord, there is something I want to ask. Why do you want that old man's help to make crafted things when my lord also the title Crafter(rare)?"

Denial: "That is when I was messing around with the few left pieces of drops when I was trapped in the fallen world. Counter girl: "Welcome to the hunter's association, how may I help you?" 

Denial: "I want to speak with your division manager?"

Counter girl: "Ofc, we might need to check whether for hunter business or merchant business?"

Denial: "Here is my merchant ID" 

Counter girl: "Check the ID" "thank you for waiting, seem like there is nothing wrong with ID. I will contact the Manager now; can you please wait while sitting?" 

Denial(thinking): "It would be much easier if I show her my card, diamond card. To speed up the process. But this is hunter association, there might still be people that knows me as a weak F-ranked hunter, so it is the best cover up. And also, I don't want to be suspicious, when suddenly when an F-ranked hunter, got so many rare drop and high ranked magi stones, they might investigate my dungeon history or something. I can't take that risk."

(after a while)

Manager: (seem to recognize him). Oh, my apologies, customer. Seem like you have to wait for a while. 

Denial: "No worries." "..."

Manager: " Let's go to my office to discuss our meeting about the dungeon drops?"

Denial: "..."

(in the office)

Manager: "You are here after just three days, i assume you have enough to make the payment." 

Denial: "Casually, make the payment" (beep) 

Manager: "Very well, 2 million received. (head down) My deepest apologies for me offend behavior last time, that might make our customer here, very uncomfortable. Ofc thank you for don't minding this humble man mistakes and still trust us to use our services." 

Denial: "Well, what happened to this guy?" (look surprised)

Denial: "Seem okay to me." 

Manager: "So then, I will excuse myself. Feel free to look around at our hunter association, here is a token to our shop, for 50% discount for first time buying, just a little gift of mine."

Denial: "..." (wary) (mind - scutum?)

Scutum: "My lord, I don't feel any hostile from this human either. Rather I sense a bit of fear from his breathing." 

Denial: "Seem like it, did our cover blow up? Since when they noticed about me?" 

Denial: "Why so polite today? Mister Manager-Nim? I almost think it wasn't you who mocked me last time." 

Manager: "Ah (awkward laugh) Don't mind it, after all, I used to be ignorant, I now realized that as the manager of this division, i should be humble. That's all." (cold sweat) 

Denial: "Oh, alright, pleasure doing business with you. (handshake)"

Manager: "Happy to help." (handshake).

Scutum: "My lord, this human is telling."

Denial: "Lie, I know. Look like bigger fish is watching our move. We might need to be careful with our steps from now on." 

Later, in the top floor of some building, in the dark room, 

unknown voice: "Sir, it is done."

Unknown voice: "Good, then be gone."

the other one left, the room filled with darkness slowly and now there is only one left in the room. 

Door close. (sound) 

Unknown voice: "Hunter-nim, I keep my word. Now it is your turn."
