Is it always night time?

[Shiko] woke up again, but this time he had felt the parts of his face that were wet from his tears. His face had felt so dry but yet rough. [Shiko] notices that it's still very dark. He sulks in his own sadness for a while; thinking about all the choices he had made. Regretting all the times he was always too scared to speak up for himself, never talking much to anyone, never saying that much at all. Feeling so disappointed in himself, he begins to grip his hands really hard as tears start to pour out from his eye sockets. The tears are flowing out like a stream of water in the wilderness, going down his cheeks on his face, and gradually dripping down on the ground.

[Shiko]'s voice starts to sound like whining as his voice screechingly rumbles. He then falls down onto his side and his foot bumps into something. Wondering what it is, he begins to check out what it is. Because he can't see he uses his hands to check what his foot bumped into. He eventually finds it and grabs it after tons of sticks poked and stabbed his hands. The thing that [Shiko] grabbed felt flat on two sides and round on the other sides. He quickly realizes that it feels like a phone. Thinking back to how he got there; he remembers that most of his stuff was sucked out of his room. He then feels around for the power button and then clicks it.

But after clicking it he feels a little bit of hope that he could be saved. So [Shiko] proceeds to unlock his phone. That's when he notices that his phone no longer has a home button. His screen is cracked and is so bright that it's white. The notification bar is gone too. His phone is no longer what it used to be. The lock screen is still the same, the volume buttons are still there, but they don't change the volume at all. What the volume buttons do now is a mystery.

That's when [Shiko] notices that what's on his screen looks more like a game except it's stuck on his stats and what change. He then begins to whimper as he panics thinking to himself "Who replaced my phone? What kind of sick game or joke is this?". But then he thinks to himself out of hope "Was i reincarnated?". [Shiko] being Shiko checks out his stats.

Self whipping starts in: 20 seconds after leaving the sunless side.

[Shiko]: What kind of occupation is that? 4043? What even is that?

Wait. Why do i only have one skill!? And why is the effect so disadvantageous!?

What?! Self whipping!?!? Why would it need to do that!?

[Shiko] then sees a small print of writing on his phone's screen. It says "What you do now decides everything."

[Shiko]: WHAT!?!?

Freaking out he then looks around all scared but then thinks of trying to find all of his stuff. So he uses the screen as light to look around. He then sees that the grass he has been sitting on, standing on, and laying on was black this whole time. He then panics some more but he notices something in the distance. He then goes towards the shine of the light reflecting off of it. He sees that it's his own lead pencil, not just his regular ones, but his favourite one. He then reaches down towards the ground to put it in his pocket. But while bending over to grab it the black grass starts moving like water towards the screen of his phone. [Shiko] notices and then quickly raises up his body to quickly get his face away from the grass. He quickly grabs the pencil then starts to walk away. He steps on something and almost falls over.

Quickly gaining back his balance; he looks down to see what he stepped on. It was his small portable notebook. He quickly puts it into his pocket and looks around for a way to get out of the dark. Walking around hoping he sees the sunlight or hoping that the sun comes up. That's when it hits him. The phone said something about a sunless side.

[Shiko]: Wait!! Sunless side!?

He then checks his phone again but then the screen was white. No longer showing him what it showed. He thinks to himself that it was just a bug and his phone is whizzing out. "Probably because it got damaged or something." is what he thought. He continues to walk again. Only going in one direction, he then sees a glimpse of light in the far far distance.

Feeling happy he then rushes forward with his phone in his hand. Running as fast as he can he eventually reaches a point where everything starts moving slowly. He feels as light as a feather. And that's when he looks down. He ran off the edge of the ground and started to fall into the big gap between the side he was on and the side he couldn't reach. That's when he feels himself get dragged to the other side of the big gap in the ground. It felt like he got launched or flung to the other side like someone was to grab him and throw him over. His body feeling the force from it...starts to tumble over as it hits the ground hard. Which dislocates his left shoulder.

Feeling so much pain from all the sticks that scratched his legs, and the pain he just felt from his left shoulder. And the pain he just got from hitting his head on the ground. He looks back behind him at the shining light in the distance. He pushes himself to walk all the way there. But then immediately passes out after reaching close enough to where he can see everything around him and passes out.
