[Chapter 14: Rejoice, for you are saved]

Hours passed, and the morning showed itself in the orange sky. All around a small tribe that was shown to be the martyr of another, stood, hidden in the illusion of Loki, a group of armed Asgardian. They were obviously less than when they came to this planet.

A small group had stayed at their encampment to protect the beacon for three days. The beacon was a small cube of Bifrost energy that would mix itself in the planet's atmosphere and would permit a peaceful landing of the Bifrost. It would need three days before the beacon would evaporate in the air.

"When I make a downward movement with my finger, everyone except Osi should kill all of the attackers. Do not engage in conversation with the others. I will create a favorable first impression on them." Commended Loki before he and Osi floated, invisible to the sight of the inhabitants of that planet.

"What's your plan?" asked Osi, the mischievous glint that he saw in Loki's eyes bringing him a dark premonition.

"To show them the light." Responded Loki a grin showing itself on his face.

"The light?" asked Osi, confused.

"You'll see." Said Loki with a mysterious voice. He muttered something under his breath, and his voice changed. It was a spell that replicated the All-speak because the All-speak in this universe didn't work the same way. Only an awakened god could speak it.

He then made a downward movement with his finger. His army escaped the shadows and started a one-sided massacre. They easily killed every one of the other tribe, though the efficiency was desirable.

Loki then extended his arms in a godly t-pose position. His illusion started covering the sky, the background behind him turning into a pure white light. The outline of his figure glowed with a golden light. His smile turned pure and became blinding. His black hair fluttered with the non-existent wind.

"Rejoice, for you are saved," he said, his voice a melody of its own. The tribesmen who were in a group froze before quickly kneeling on the ground. They were but mortal in front of a god. They were almost lying on the ground, their heads facing the ground. "G-God!" they proclaimed with disbelief.

A demonic smile curled upon Loki's lips, but it was hidden by his illusion. "Greetings, mortals. We are here to save you from your ignorant selves."

"T-Thank you," said an old man at the head of the group.

"But you are welcome. Now raise your head," said Loki, descending the sky like God, and placing his hand on the old man's shoulder.

"Tell me, would you like to be at the center of a revolution?" asked him Loki, as if he was speaking about the weather.

"A r-revolution?" repeated the old man, his eyes wide open.

"Yes. Your world is in anarchy. And I and my army are here to bring order to it." Said Loki with his arms wide open. He felt as if he was a Britain commander.

"Thank you, my lord," he responded, already having submitted to Asgard.

"Now tell me. Are you ready for changes?" asked Loki.

"Yes," he responded with determination.

"No, you aren't," said Loki. "No one is ever ready for changes. Can you completely change your lifestyle?"

"For you, yes," responded the old man with blind faith.

'Wait what? He is telling the truth… How can he just rust me so blindly when this is the first time we are meeting?… Are those the wonders of religion?'

"Good!" said Loki, his illusion smiling before clapping his hand, with the sound enhanced by magic bringing everyone out of their thoughts. "All of you stand up"

And they did. They stood up, some had their legs trembling, while some felt… 'Lust?'

'Crazy bastards. People say when there is a hole, there is a goal. But that is so wrong. They're all ugly as fuck!' thought Loki with a hint of disgust.

"Bravo! Your tribe has been chosen as the center of our revolution. We, Asgard, gods, have decided to make you the chosen one of your world!" proclaimed Loki, while Osi and his army looked at him with confused gazes.

The tribesmen looked at them with admirative gazes. Their voices boomed with thankful words and cries. They had left their ignorant selves and were now fervent believers of Asgard, especially Loki.

"Now let the show begin," murmured Loki, with a strange glint in his eyes.

And so he began to instruct his army and the tribesmen to make this encampment better, after all, it would become the capital of this city. They started plantations for food, as the tribe had almost nothing left.

During that time, some of them ate the dead bodies of their attackers that had previously been killed by Asgard.

The Asgardians taught them how to make planks and also taught them how to build sturdier houses. They cut a good part of the forest, for more place. Poisonous plants were separated from the others and used to create true poison.

They also created a small army by teaching them some of their ways to fight. Better weapons were forged and given.

Loki then gave them religion and morals. He taught them about Asgard and the myths but in a tweaked way. They learned about Odin, Thor, and Heimdall, but Loki became the center of the myth. It was a bit like back on his earth where Thor was the most popular and revered god of Norse mythology, but this time Loki was in his place. He created a book about Laws and morals, slowly turning the tribe into a civilized one.

Everything was now ready for their conquest and revolution. This world would now face a new era. But for that change, bloodshed was needed.

"Praise the…"
