Hello everyone this another fanfic created by your guy the ninja king I just wanna hope you enjoy this and I am still working on the script for the ultimate faker and my oh story twilight garden so if you like please give them read as well anyway let's get on with This fanfiction

In this world, there are a lot of things that are not seen by the normal eye of the people, secrets kept by those who know of it to ensure that normal people remain unaware. But what would happen when one of these secrets is shown to the people? How will the people in the dark react to this? Let's find out.

As there seems to be a city, the city appears to be like that of Tokyo but smaller, and the people were walking and talking when they heard a huge explosion. As they saw it, it was some type of monster attacking the building. They all started to run as the monster noticed them. The monster had purple skin, red eyes, and black markings glowing. It was 8.5 feet tall as it started to run. Seeing this, the people started to run for their lives. A little girl and her mother tripped.

"Mommy, are we going to be okay?" said the little girl in worry.

"As long as we're together, sweetie," said the mother, trying to comfort the girl. They closed their eyes, ready to see what would happen. As they opened their eyes, they saw someone had stopped the monster. He seemed to be wearing a red helmet with black substance covering his face. His body was a mix of red and black. He then punched the monster, sending it flying to the other side.

"Are you two okay?" asked the masked man. The little girl looked at him and had a smile on her face.

"You're the 'Scarlet Beetle'!" the girl said in an excited voice, as the mother also looked at him and was happy.

"Yes, I am. I am the one and only Scarlet Beetle, destroyer of evil and protector of justice. But anyway, you two should get out of here," the masked man said with gusto and enthusiasm as he looked at the two of them.

"Yes, we will. Thank you for saving me and my daughter," the mother said in a happy voice. As she got up and ran, she looked back at the Scarlet Beetle.

"Red, give data about this one. Is it magecraft or Reach technology?" the man seemed to speak to no one before a voice came into his head.

"It looks like it has a combination of both magecraft and Reach technology," a male robotic voice spoke to the man. After hearing this, a red plasma sword came out of his hand as he charged towards the monster.

The monster roared at the hero as he jumped up and headed toward him. The hero rushed at the monster, turning his cannon arm into that of the plasma sword and cutting off the monster's arm. The monster screamed before the red plasma sword was sent through its head, killing it.

"Red analysis," the man requested.

"It looks like he is dead, so yeah, you have killed him," the robotic voice spoke again.

"Good," the man said as he then heard cheering coming from the crowd of people. He just waved his hand, knowing well that this fight of his would also be going onto the internet.

"So yeah, let me introduce myself. I am Thomas, but people call me the Scarlet Beetle. Weird name, I know. You may be asking how all of this started; well, it's a long story. Let's start at the beginning."

"Ah, what the fuck?" As Thomas looked into the mirror, he saw himself with black hair, red pupils, fair skin, and Japanese features. "Holy fuck! I got transmigrated. Is that even the word? Sure, I have read about it, but where am I? Am I in another world? But which world is it?" The boy/teen thought to himself as he then left the bathroom and was in his room.

His room had multiple anime posters and anime figurines with some of his favorite anime like One Piece or My Hero Academia. Whatever it was, these figures made sure that he was not in any one of these worlds, so he was confused. More importantly, there was no Fate figure or anything from the Nasuverse, which was weird. Fate was one of his favorite series, but there was none.

"Let's see, maybe going through my memories will help," as Thomas started to go through his memories. His life was normal, with one change; he was 1/4 Japanese instead of being 1/4 Indian, which meant that his mother in this world was half Japanese. This was a dream come true, but he didn't want it. He loved his family and wanted to go back. But then again, what he remembered was he died in that world. He doesn't remember how he died, just that he died. He then took a seat on his bed, looking at his phone, seeing that everything else was the same. He just needed to know where he lived. As he got up and went downstairs, his mom was cooking.

"Oh, good morning Thomas, you're up early today," she said in a sweet voice. Thomas was taken aback but replied.

"I just decided to, that's it."

"If that's the case, then that's good. Seeing that your college will start from next year."

"Oh crap, I forgot. I'm going to college next year. It's January; I was taking this year off and going next year."

"Yeah, you're right. I think I should start getting up early, Mom."

"That's my son. Now take a seat and eat your breakfast."

"Sure, Mom," as he then ate his breakfast and went back to his room and then opened his computer and started to go on the internet.

"Weird, I am using my computer and not my phone, but whatever," as he then searched up a lot of anime that was in the real world, seeing all of them come up but some, and that is what shocked him.

"Oh fuck, I'm in the Nasuverse. Not just that, in the Fate series."

Thomas was not happy, even though Fate was his favorite series. But it was a world he didn't want to live in. It was one of the most dangerous worlds to live in due to many things, starting from the mages to Dead Apostles and True Ancestors. It was a world full of dangers that normal people didn't know about. He just hoped he wasn't born with some type of broken skill or system because that means he would be in the eyes of the full world. He just hoped that. Luckily for him, he does not need to worry about anything like the Holy Grail War because the last one that happened, the 5th Grail War, was the final one, and it was in 2004. He checked, and it was the year 2023, which meant that people like Shirou may or may not be alive. As long as there is no Holy Grail War, he can live in peace.

"Alright, that's enough. I think I will play some games until it's lunchtime, or maybe I should study," as Thomas then decided to study for 2 hours. He learned things fast, feeling weird because this was the first time he didn't struggle with studying, but he didn't care. He woke up at 9 in the morning, so he should do something after he finishes studying. He just played some games, and when it was lunchtime, he went down and found a note left by his mom. In the note, it said that she would be out for a while, so he should go and eat something outside. Reading this, Thomas sighed as he went to one of the food places in Japan and ate there. After that, he saw it was 7 pm.

"Let's see, I woke up at 9 am. After that, I studied until at least 11 am. Then I went to help Dad for one hour, so that's 12 pm. After that, I played games until 6 pm, and it took me 10 minutes to get here and 50 minutes to finish. Seeing that it took a while for the food to be cooked and come to me. Wait, why the heck am I calculating all of this? I should just go back home," as Thomas then started to go home. As he did, he decided to go to the park. He was in Fuyuki, so he wanted to see the Fuyuki park. As he arrived there, it was just like it was in anime and visual novels; it was empty.

"Even after 19 years, this place still hasn't changed. Weird," Thomas thought to himself as he just kept walking until he reached the end of the park.

"What am I doing here? I guess I should stop listening to music on my phone as I walk," as Thomas thought this, he felt something moving up his leg. As he saw it, it was some type of red beetle. Seeing this, Thomas was scared; it was a big and blood/scarlet-colored beetle. He frantically started to move his leg and get rid of it, but it was now on his shirt. He took it off as well, but it was now moving on his back, and it stabbed into his back.

"Aaaahhhhhh!" Thomas screamed in pain as he felt himself starting to go into a trance. As he did, he was somewhere else; it was some type of void. There were many particles and strange DNA strands floating, and there was a red beetle looking at him.

"Okay, what the heck is going on?" Thomas was very confused. At first, he thought it was a big bug, but seeing this, he knew what it was; it was a scarab. In any other world, he would not have been surprised that it existed, but in the Nasuverse, yeah, that was shocking.

"Calm down, human, and listen to me," the red beetle spoke in a male robotic voice as he looked at Thomas.

"Okay, I will calm down, but what are you?" Thomas asked the scarab.

"I am Scarab, and I don't remember what I am doing on this planet, but I do know a few things. Will you hear me out?" Thomas was dumbfounded; this was weird. He thought he would be controlled; after all, everything about the red scarab was not known. Due to the comics not being out, anything about him was still unknown.

"Alright, tell me what you know," Thomas said.

"Alright then, let's start," as the scarab started to speak. "I am alien technology created by either the Reach or the Horizon. I don't remember which one, to be honest."

"Alright, what is the difference between them?" Thomas asked, intrigued.

"For starters, the Reach are a lone species that wants to conquer and enslave other races. They used to do this by themselves, but after their battle with the Green Lanterns, they decided to do it in another way."

"And what was that?"

"Us, the scarabs. I think I was also part of this, but then again, maybe I was created by the Horizon. The Horizons are the same species as the Reach, but instead of wanting to take over planets, they didn't want that. So they ran, and to protect the planets, they created their own scarabs. While the scarabs of the Reach take over their hosts and control them to weaken a planet's defense system and other things, the ones of the Horizon look for a perfect host and help and make sure they are able to fight that of the Horizon."

"Scarab, stop talking," as it then looked at Thomas. "You know, I am not surprised that you are not destroyed by the Counter Force."

"What is the Counter Force?" Thomas questioned the scarab.

"Well, the Counter Force is the planet's defense system. It protects the planets from alien threats or anything like that. The Counter Force is made up of two entities: Gaia and Alaya. Gaia is the will of the planet, while Alaya is the will of humanity. By humanity, I mean everything that lives on this earth. In very simple terms, they are gods or goddesses of humanity, and they make sure things like you don't destroy the earth. So even if the scarabs tried to conquer the earth, Gaia and Alaya would stop them. Understand?"

"I see, but how will they destroy us?" Thomas said to the scarab.

"Simple, their champions: the Counter Guardians and the Grands. That's how. And let me tell you, they will destroy any invasion that is sent to Earth," the scarab was shocked to think that Earth had something like this as a fail-safe.

"And you're not lying?" Thomas asked.

"Heck no, I'm not. But still, can I go back?" the scarab questioned Thomas.

"Sure, but what is your name?" Thomas thought for a bit before giving it.

"Just call me Thomas, okay? But I have to call you Red."

"Alright then, I accept the name Red," as Thomas then woke, what felt like minutes was just a few seconds. He then decided to wear his clothes and go back to his home and picked up his phone.

"Here, you can check the internet. Everything about this city and more, Red."

"Okay, I understand. What will you do?" Red questioned.

"Me? I will go to sleep," as Thomas then went to sleep very early. After what just happened, he needed that. As he was sleeping in Fuyuki Park, some people were coming.

"Are you sure this is where you felt it?" A man with red hair and golden eyes was shown, as there was someone else with him; it was a girl with green eyes and black hair.

"Well, large energy signals don't come out of nowhere and then disappear, Shirou. The girl, Rin, was speaking to the boy, Shirou.

"Yeah, I think you're right, Rin," Shirou replied.

"But still, why was it us?" Shirou asked, confusion evident in his voice. If anything, they should ask Mr. Waver about this, but they didn't. Instead, they were asking him and Rin.

"Well, it's because I am the owner of this town, that's why," Rin replied to Shirou.

"You know what, Rin? Being here is not a bad idea. It has been 19 years since we were last here, and I guess visiting is not a bad idea after all. Clock Tower said to not stop until we find what this problem is," Shirou said, remembering his past in this place.

"Yeah, you're right," Rin agreed.

As they both decided to walk away and see what would happen next.
