Sapphair (p.o.v)

"Ruby wake up" I said shaking her

"Leave me alone" She mumbled while still half asleep

"Come on the police found us their coming this way" I told her

She woke up quickly, eyes wide open in horror and got ready to bolt but stopped when she saw me laughing. She narrowed her eyes at me.

"Its not funny she mumbled I could have had a heart attack.

"Sorry but I need to get us some breakfast otherwise we starve to death. You need to keep a lookout for police and be on alert, if they come run as fast as you can,don't wait for me" I said

She nodded her head and said

"But what if they caught you, I be all alone your all I have"

"Hey" I said sitting down next to her. Don't worry I am strong, I will come back for you always you know that. Beside I have a knife I kill them if they come near me, I be fine don't worry"

I kissed her on her forehead and stood up to wear my disguise.

"Oh you remember our secret code right, when I come back I will say the code so you know it is me"

"Ya I do its you and me will always be a family"

"Good now stay alert and I be back soon" With one look at her I went to get our breakfast.

When I was outside the train tunnel which thank god was out of order for the last 2 years.I looked around to see if anyone saw, when the path was clear I quickly ran to the street.

It was chilly outside and the cold wind went right through my jacket making me shiver. The road was busy with people going to work. I kept my head low with my hoodie keeping me visible from people around me. Even though I was in disguise you never know when you can get caught and went to the nearest breakfast shop.

The bell went jingle as I enter the shop indicating a new customer came. Just great, just what I needed.

I took out a tenner which I found on the street yesterday and went in the queue. The tables were full even in the morning but at least the line wasn't that long. Waiting for a least 5 minutes finally it was my turn.

"Yes madam how can I help you". The shop keeper was a middle age woman with a face full of wrinkles. She smiled at me kindly. I put on my fake voice and ordered 2 coffee,2 jam of toast.

"Anything else madam" she said

"Nope that's it and can I have take away please"I said

"No problem that be £4.50 please"

I handed her my 10 pound note and she gave me my change. I waited for our breakfast.

"Here you go hope to see you again" she said coming with the breakfast.

"Thanks"I said grabbing my breakfast.

I was just about to go when the bell jingled telling me a customer came.

I looked up and froze, my eyes wide. My heart started to beat faster.

"Shit" I said what was the police doing here.
