"I think it's best if you three return to the boat for a while" Turning his head, Eragon said to the concerned women at his side.

The three women exchanged looks with one another before Nami was the first one to move, walking to stand in front of Eragon she gave him a bold kiss in front of everyone "Be careful!"

Grabbing her sister's Nojiko hand, they left for the boat.

Watching Caroline's mouth opening and closing a few times like she wanted to say something but still held back, Eragon held her face with his two hands to help calm her down "Don't worry, have faith in me that everything will be alright"

Watching his confident face intently for a few seconds, Caroline eventually nodded and also gave him a french kiss before she left as well "Don't forget we are all on the same side at the end of the day…"

Immediately after the woman were a safe distance away, Eragon returned to his attention to Garp who was slowly inching closer with each step.

"Hahaha, interesting! A little brat like you is hanging around with two women at the same time? Wait till Tsuru hears about this Hahahaha" Garp had a very amused look as he grumbled and laughed loudly, he also examined Eragon with a new light flashing in his eyes.

With each step Garp took towards him, Eragon could feel the pressure on his body increasing 'According to everything I know, there is no way I can currently defeat this monster, my only advantage right now is that he seems to take me lightly… I don't know how strong his Observation Haki is, and I can only hope it didn't reach the point of seeing into the future, this means I must make my first strike count!'

Hardening his resolve, Eragon made a hand sign and released the Added-Weight Rock Technique on his body. As of lately, Eragon developed the habit of always walking around while increasing his gravity by five times using 'Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique'. He didn't want to use this type of training before because he feared it will do more harm than good, he was still growing and he couldn't place too much burden on his body. But everything changed with the recent increase in his chakra reserve, which increased his recovery speed immensely.

After releasing the technique, Eragon felt his body to be so light that he had the misconception that he would start floating. After a few seconds, he finally got used to his new weight, and by that time Garp was already standing in front of him.

Without saying a word, Garp had a grin as he fired a punch straight towards Eragon's head!

'Body Flicker Technique!'

Eragon immediately channeled his chakra to the soles of his shoes and used the Body Flicker Technique to flash away, only to reappear behind Garp. He shook his arm and circulated the chakra in his body with full force before he threw a punch with everything he had at Garp's back!

"Yes!"

To Eragon's happiness, his punch connected and Garp was sent flying like a kite with its string cut under the terrifying force of his punch. With a loud bang sound, Garp's body collided with the ship's mast and nearly broke it, resulting in dust and gravel flying into the air, obstructing everyone's line of sight.

The marines were clearly stupefied and their eyes widened in disbelief, they soon sucked in a breath of cold air after seeing Garp collides with the ship's mast. After a while, several marines managed to recover from their shock as they aimed their rifles at Eragon!

'Something is wrong!' Ignoring the marines, Eragon's happiness didn't last long as he felt numbness from the arm he punched Garp with 'He must have used his Armament Haki to protect himself just before I hit him! Luckily, inflicting damage wasn't what I intended to do… I hope you like my gift hehe'

The moment Eragon's fist touched Garp's back, he activated the Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique to increase Garp's weight to the absolute maximum he could, which was 55 times!!

Eragon squinted his eyes as he searched for Garp's silhouette, and it didn't take long before the dust cleared and he managed to finely see him. Garp just stood there and massaged his neck with his hand, releasing popping sounds every now and then.

"Hahaha You got me good brat! But it still won't do you any good, here I come again!" The moment Garp finished talking, his figure suddenly shot out like an arrow at Eragon!

[Hyper-speed]!

'Fast!!' Eragon's pupils constricted violently as he immediately used his active sub-skill [Hyper-speed] to double his speed for the next 30 seconds before he seemed to also disappear from his spot 'His weight must be over 8 ton! How can he still be so freaking fast??'

*Peng!~Peng!~Boom!*

Banging sounds soon followed as Eragon and Garp traded blows with one another at such speeds that the surrounding marines couldn't even see their shadow. Terrifying power erupted from their collisions as strong shockwaves rocked the battleship intensely, some marines were even sent flying by the shockwaves. They were blasted far away and many even fell into the sea, blood spurting from their mouth.

Eragon did his best to keep up with Garp, but as more time passed, his hands were gradually turning numb. Each of Garp's moves was simple and straightforward, but the pressure he exuded was so great that it was impossible to counterattack effectively.

Before his 30 seconds speed-increase disappeared, Eragon quickly backed away and started doing hand signs. His hands blurred for a moment before his Jutsu was ready.

'Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!'

Taking a deep breath, Eragon kneaded his chakra before he exhaled fiercely. Immediately breathing hot fire from his mouth! Eragon manipulated the shape of the flames into a dragon and sent them to strike Garp from the left, right, and front all at once.

Unlike the Great Fireball Technique, which covers a wide area, the Fire Dragon Flame Bullet makes focused strikes, quickly reducing targets to ash upon contact. He obviously couldn't use a wide-area attack as he didn't want to kill any marines by accident.

The frightening dragon flames quickly coiled around Garp and formed into a vortex, effectively keeping him trapped in place. The only escape route was through the top, so Eragon circulated his chakra in a frenzy and channeled as much of his chakra as he could to release another attack, aiming it above Garp's head.

'Wind Release: Vacuum Serial Waves!'

And just as Eragon predicted, Garp tried to jump above the flames only to meet several blades of wind rapidly moving in his direction. The muscles on Garp's face were twitching, and a cold glint appeared in his eyes. Exerting his muscles, Garp immediately released many powerful consecutive punches, managing to hit each wind-blade squarely head-on.

*Boom!~Boom!~Boom!...*

A few wind blades managed to slip by as Garp was sent flying even faster than the last time, arching through the air before he fell into the sea in a big splash. The moment Garp hit the water, Eragon's skill, [Hyper-speed] disappeared.

"Huff~huff Isn't he supposed to be over 70 years old? He is so fast even when inflicted with my Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique... I could barely keep up with him even when I used [Hyper-speed], this is insane!" Eragon's expression was a bit complicated, he planned to dominate Garp using his speed as an advantage but things didn't go as he expected. Eragon already knew Garp had superhuman-like strength, but this is the first time he witnessed Garp moving at such speed!

*Splash*

It didn't take long and just as Eragon feared, Garp jumped out of the sea and landed back on the battleship's deck with a loud thud. His gaze then fell on Garp's figure, and Eragon was completely taken aback by what he saw. Except for his shirt and white coat having burn marks, Garp didn't have any signs of being injured at all. Horrified, Eragon's thoughts raced 'What a monster!! I can still see parts of the ship melting away under the extreme heat I released using Fire Dragon Flame Bullet, but not even his hair is burned, how is this possible?! Armament Haki can be so strong??'

"Woahaha Excellent! if only my grandchild could be a strong man like you he would be an excellent marine! I can see why Brannew cares about you so much" Grabbing his already half-destroyed shirt and coat, Garp ripped them away and revealed his muscular old body "Let's continue!"

"STOP!!"

Just as Eragon readied himself to take a beating, a desperate shout was heard. Turning their attention to the side, they could see a haggard and disheveled marine standing there frightened "Captain, you can't continue fighting like this or the ship will sink!! Besides, there are already many injured men who fell into the sea, if you continue fighting they will definitely die, so please stop!"

Turning around to examine the situation, Garp and Eragon startlingly discovered the situation was exactly as the marine described. The ship was in terrible condition, the main-mast has almost fallen and the deck was filled with holes while some parts were still burning with flames. Not many marines managed to stay on deck, most of them were blown off the ship while some simply jumped into the sea when they saw fire-dragons flying around.

Even with all this, Garp still shot an unwilling look at Eragon. He was clearly not satisfied to leave things as they are.

"How about a truce for now? We can always continue fighting when we reach solid ground on Marineford…" Taking advantage of the situation, Eragon immediately suggested. His voice tone implying he didn't mind if they continue their fight and the only reason he's suggesting they stop was for Garp's sake.

Garp had an internal struggle for a few long seconds as hesitation flickered on his face until he eventually laughed "Hahaha alright! I will teach you how to respect your elders later!" Not even bothering to ask Eragon to remove the added weight on him, Garp simply left and started putting out the fires.

A wave of relief swept through Eragon's heart as he released the breath he didn't know he was holding in, he quickly jumped off the battleship to stand on the sea and signaled to Caroline and the sisters they can come back now. Following that, he started to move back and forth with out-cold marines in his hands, dropping them on the battleship's deck.

It didn't take long before everyone stood on the battleship again, finding all the wreckage caused by the fight, they looked incredulous as their eyes stared unblinkingly at Eragon. Garp's strength as a vice-admiral wasn't news to them, but the fact Eragon could keep up with him sure was.

Caroline and Nami Immediately got worried Eragon was hurt, they only calmed down after they made sure he wasn't injured.

"You… Did this? But not even 5 minutes have passed yet, how…." Gasping in shock, Nojiko eyes widened.

"Well, It wasn't intentional, and I certainly had some help, one thing led to another and somehow this happened…" Patting the back of his head, Eragon smiled sheepishly when he noticed everyone staring at him, he really wasn't used to be in the center of attention.

"This is impossible!! I..I'm sure most of this was done by the captain, yes! this must be what happened!"

"Not likely, didn't you see the fire-dragons earlier? I've never seen the captain do that before…."

"He says this is an accident? What will happen if he really did try to destroy the ship?? Luckily, he is on our side"

"I can't believe it, he is probably the same age as my boy and yet he is so powerful? How strong will he be when he is older??"

Many marines exclaimed in unison, the looks they gave Eragon displayed a variety of emotions. Most of it was awe, respect and fear while some of the injured one's faces showed anger and hostility.

"I'm hungry! I'll go eat while you guys fix this all hahaha" Suddenly, Garp laughed sonorously as he started leaving towards the ship's quarters.

"Like hell you do! You are the one who did it to begin with!" Garp's words immediately caused a stir as all of them yelled simultaneously "If you want us to fix the ship then you must help us too!"

"Ohh ok"

Everyone got busy and they run around the ship in an attempt to fix it, everyone except Eragon and the three women that is… Garp didn't really care what Eragon was doing while none of the marines had the courage to tell Eragon he should help them.

Sighing, Eragon caught a random marine "Take the women inside and show them their room, I am partially responsible for this so I will help you all fix the ship as well"
